Great Training App

Loving this app, I’ve used it to train for 1 marathon and and one ½ marathon so far. The structure and insight are great.

Game Changer

This app will set realistic goals for you. It creates plans that are tailored to you and manageable. Their features are user friendly and you can use it with smart watches.

Definitely a worthy purchase!

This app has made running feel good for a person like me who is the opposite of athletic

The best

If you want to start running, this app is the BEST. 10/10 couldn’t recommend it enough.

Excelente

nunca avaliei nenhum app, mas esse merece todo reconhecimento, os treinos são muito adaptativos, tem muitas modalidades, distâncias e objetivos.

Not Worth the Money

I pay for Strava Premium why on earth would i pay another $163 for some basic plans. This is ens***tification at its finest, paywalling the only feature Strava doesn’t have. Downloading one of the ten million free running apps instead.

It’s just not that great

I’m most of the way through my second plan on the app and can confirm I would have been better off following a random plan on the web. The app has nearly a years worth of my data and yet still sets pace targets that are just not achievable, or if I wanted to achieve them doesn’t provide enough speed sessions to facilitate that. It’s rubbish, I won’t be re subscribing.

Excelente treinador!!

Please accommodate target paces for stroller runs!

I love love love this app. BUT I run with a stroller 50% of the time. My pace will be a little bit slower (Google says up to a minute/mile slower). When doing a timed/paced workout, I wish there was an option to say I’m using the stroller so my target paces could be updated.

Great workout plans!

I’ve picked up running 2 years ago in my mid 50s and have been creating my own training plan. Now I’m 4 weeks into a 10 week Runna half-marathon training plan that used my past Strava data and built a challenging yet manageable schedule that I have found to be extremely beneficial! I’m feeling stronger and more confident about the half-marathon than I would have been on my own. Thank you Runna!

Realmente me ajudou a melhorar na corrida

Estava muito frustrada e achando que não estava evoluindo na corrida. Estou com o app há 1 mês e já vi muita evolução! Estou seguindo tudo o que eles passam e estou vendo resultados.
Além de corrida faço os treinos de força e yoga do app.

Great App for Consistency!

I picked up running after a very long break from it and Runna has been amazing at helping me ease back into it. The plans are great and the best part is the calendar option and notifications to keep you accountable. I like seeing my planned runs laid out before me so I can see what the week is going to look like. Starting workouts on my phone and then Transferring to my Apple Watch is seamless. It’s a great app that I plan to use for a long time.

Overly optimistic and wildly connected to injuries

This app is wildly over optimistic in training and pace. This opinion is coming from not only my experience with multiple full and half marathons, but is also other experience coaches and runners that you can find with simple research online. I highly suggest getting connected to a run club and/or actual coach whose true goal isn’t preying on the unknowing or inexperienced. If I could take my time and money from this app I would. Biggest waste of time and money I’ve ever spent is using this garbage.

Good but could be great :)

I really like this app to provide a plan for me to get to my targeted distance.
It was great.
What I don’t like is that now I’m on my second plan it thinks I haven’t done any training. I don’t class myself as an accomplished runner but there doesn’t seem to be any way to have that progress acknowledged.
It’s also frustrating that you can’t schedule in parkrun each Saturday. Getting the sorry we see you didn’t do the full distance today on Saturday’s is not an accurate reflection of what my plan should be.
I also wondered if there is the possibility of being able to identify your location. Today my plan told me to drink plenty due to the high humidity- it’s 4 degrees in winter. Definitely no humidity here today

I’m going to miss the community part of the app. With it moving to Strava it just doesn’t seem to be the same. The only posts are Runna admin posts - not sure where the community is in that.

Canceled and charged anyway

BEWARE. I canceled this app on the App Store and unsubscribed from emails but I was charged anyway. And I can’t reach anybody to reverse the charges. A reminder email that they were going to charge my card went to spam.

Don’t believe the 4.9 stars

While the premise of this app is great, the AI used just cannot keep up with the slightest customization. For instance, I recalibrated my plan because I’m going on a vacation, and it increased the length of a run that I had already completed and therefore couldn’t hit my weekly goal. Small issues, but for $20 a month I’m expecting things to work (like my lock screen live tracking). You’re better off using a free chat bot to build you a plan, especially if you get demotivated by missing targets due to app glitches.

Easy App

AI feature is easy to incorporate in my running routine!

Needs some work

I love the idea of this app - setting custom paces, warm up, cool down stretches. It gives a great framework to follow, and the plan design seems great. BUT, there’s a lot of issues. My biggest gripe is that the Apple Watch integration doesn’t work. I’ve been on 5 runs using this app and only 1 of them has worked the way it’s supposed to (I have the latest Apple Watch). Most of the time, the app will freeze, pause, not keep track of miles, or sometimes the screen will just be black.

Feature request: when your run is logged incorrectly (which it normally will be through the watch), there should be a way to edit the runs (or combining data from multiple runs). Would be a great add.

I’m going to continue using it for the plan design, but won’t be using the Apple Watch features, which is a huge bummer.
