这款软件的分析功能太强大了，只要上传跑步视频，就能从步频、步幅、落地方式、摆臂姿势等多个维度进行超详细的分析。之前我一直以为自己摆臂姿势没问题，结果app分析出来才发现，我的摆臂幅度太小，而且还不对称，这就导致跑步的时候身体协调性不好，消耗了更多能量。根据app给出的针对性建议，我进行了一段时间的调整，现在跑步轻松多了，速度也提升了不少。
