The app won’t even let me sign in and it seems like every link you click for forgot my password or terms and conditions it says page not found
Doesn’t sync with apple health
This is a brilliant idea but very poor app, won’t sync with apple health, have tried deleting app, reinstalling app, all permissions are turned on but still doesn’t work…very frustrating

The app Made England First on behalf Algerien Team so the UK Team could qualify To finals , without giving any Proofs of farud from Algerien team.. i will Never joint this évent ever

Dans le cadre du virtual World Cup run, l’application a destitué mon équipe de points bonus sur base de suppositions non tangibles. L’application team a disqualifié l’Algérie pour faire qualifier le pays organisateur l’Angleterre pour la phase finale de la compétition en nous enlevant des points bonus et points KM. Je trouve ça vraiment désolant et pas du tout fairplay dans une compet de sport comme celle-ci. Je partagerai cet avis négatif avec tout mon entourage et déconseillerai l’utilisation de cette application qui va à l’encontre de mes valeurs et surtout les valeurs des gens respectables et sportifs.

Discrimination and racism
Organizer of this competition discriminated and denied Algeria from going to finals after a clear 4th place in semi finals just to allow England the organizer country to go to finals, shame on you!!
Unfair competition
My message to organizing committee of this game , what you did to Algeria team is not fair, you decreased their points in favor of the organizing country UK just to qualify

Required write permissions to Apple Health
For no good reason this application requests both read and write permissions to Apple Health Workout data. Given what it wants to read, there should be no need for write permissions at all.
Not working with Health app
Unfortunately after many “bug fixes” this still doesn’t work correctly with the Health app to record exercises taken with apple Watch. It worked for a couple of days, although the distances were different than the ones recorded in Fitness, but the latest update broke things down again. All my history was cleared from the app. :(

Health app not syncing
Having used the app for the past two weeks and syncing to the health app, the app has not synced any of my runs correctly. At first, the app would split my run workouts into several smaller runs of about 1.5km each so wouldn’t qualify as a run, secondly after an app update my 5km run only registered as 4km and thirdly after another app update, the app won’t sync and display any data at all. Not good enough and will only do the opposite of the apps intention of motivating people to get active. Please sort these problems out ASAP.

Not working at all
First it didn’t sync my runs with Apple Health; I swiched to Strava and synced one run and now the App keeps on crashing. I have no idea whether that run is still recorded. It is frustrating and very, very demotivating. No feedback after reporting it on Twitter (DM) and through the feedback on the App. Useless - clearly developers don’t care about their customers.

So many updates
Really poor. Problems syncing with trackers, not updating and has needed updating multiple times over the last few days. And I thought the ‘main’ Vitality app was bad…
App freezes
App freezes after opening. Removed and reinstalled on iPhone several times but it still doesn’t work.

Every time I go on the app it freezes, so annoying.

I can’t use the app at all. I think I’ve been able to scroll down to my data twice, it is always frozen as soon as I open it! I even deleted and uploaded again!
Great competition & great feel to app
Really well done app with quick functionality with my runs uploading. Loads of cool features seeing number of runs and caps for Country! GOODY BAG IS GREAT!
