Print off a free plan on the internet

This app was not helpful, I did much better on my own. Be aware, even if you delete the app, they will continue to charge you every six months! Pretty shady billing practices you’re much better off just going online and printing off a free running plan.

Unlawful & Unethical Renewal

I free-trialed and cancelled this app in 2022. The app auto-renewed four days ago with zero notice. This is illegal in California (where I live); renewals require advance notice giving users time to cancel. The company made an “exception” and returned a portion of the charge. Awaiting return of the rest. Californians - know your rights. These sleazy tactics are subject to (and barred by!) California Business & Professions Code § 17601.

Useless

This app is not worth the $99 recurring charge every 6 months. Skip this and just get C25K and then upgrade that app. Once again, $99 for 6 months of this app is robbery.
