Cancellation is Garbage
They make it impossible for you to cancel. They’ll keep billing you even if you directed them to stop.
BEWARE ! Charged without knowledge
I have a charge on my card I have no idea why and it does not appear in my subscription in al store . It appears it might be deceptive practices .
Terrible Customer Experience
I was excited to try this app. I downloaded it and immediately had issues with the AI coach (it never once successfully responded to a request). I emailed the company the next morning asking for a refund and was denied citing their refund policy only applies if the app is “completely unusable.” I should have known when going through their aggressive upsell funnel when signing up. This is a cash-grab presenting information you can freely find on the internet, slapping an AI agent on it and calling it a coach. You’re better off with Runna or Nike Run Club.

I signed up, entered me email, paid for a 6 month plan and every time I get to the “ verification “ window to log into the app, I am asked to type in a code that was supposed to have been sent to my email. But it’s been two days and no code. My money was stolen. Please cancel my subscription and give me my money back!!

Disappointed
Coach feature is extremely glitchy and wouldn’t get past confirming my details. Asked for a refund and was only given 50% since I didn’t report this within 24 hours. I’ve had the app and membership for less than 48. I expect better service than this from a fitness application that charges a subscription.

no data on my runs.
im a beginner runner- 6weeks in. level 5. for the past 3 runs i have no data. no map of where i went, no time lapsed no elevation. i dont know how to get it back, i “spoke” to my l”coach” and it didnt understand my question and i looked in the help section there was no help. its VERY frustrating. i really want this info back, but have no idea what i did, or the app did to lose it.

Beware of subscription
Apparently 8 months ago I downloaded this app and tried the free trial. I did not like it, so I deleted the app and made sure I was no longer subscribed via the my App Store app subscription tab. 6 months later I get billed over $150 for a renewal of a 6-month subscription. This is a major applications flaw. When I reached out to customer service, they were unwilling to provide a refund. Even after confirming I should be able to see that I have a current subscription in my App Store subscriptions tab.
I’m sure this app is great, just beware of this flaw and loosing your money. They will not refund you nor make it right.

Useless
I used to use it when the app was new, it was amazing, runs were analyzed in email, and if you have a technical problem you can raise it, now I ran my assessment run once on friday the complete run button wouln’t work, so i ran it again on saturday and the complete button wouln’t work again, chatting with their bad AI it told me to manually enter it (and when i manually enter this didn’t update my assessement so my plan was not updated)

Scam artist
Do not purchase. You will be scammed. Even if you cancel they will still charge you $116 dollars. Customer service is terrible. App is garbage. Plans you can get for free on chat gpt. Scam of the year.
