I signed up via the website then it and entered my payment details, then it directed me to download the the app i now have been charged twice as it was as not clear that i now have 2 accounts contacted them and now the are stating app store issue not theres but its them who has charged me
Making me think
Normally, I just play my two cards. But I’m starting to learn with this app about implied odds equity, etc. I’m still considered a new beat so I’m learning as I go here but I like that it’s repetitive and helps me to focus on the things. I’m not good at.

Impossible to cancel subscription
I’ve emailed runout poker 3 times to cancel my subscription. The emails began nice and became firmer and firmer. I am yet to hear back from runout poker and they are still trying to withdraw funds from my account. I have had to keep that account empty just because of this company.

Wastes a lot of time signing up, putting in email, info, answering questions about poker, things you want to improve at etc. At the very end hit with payment screen, not even a free trial. Why would I pay for something that relies on the feeling of “sunk cost” answering all the questions to make me feel like I should pay instead of paying because it works? Cheap tricks, AI generated ads and sign up pages and not just training algorithms.

Needs a trial
I’m sorry, I know this review is going to come across unfair, but you can’t expect users to fork over $20+ sight unseen. I have no idea if this is quality training content or this is vibe coded AI slop. It doesn’t need to be a long trial, 3 days would be plenty. But without being able to understand the depth and breadth of the content and the core training loop, it feels unreasonable. Yes, I saw the money back guarantee listed, but nobody wants to take time out of their day to email support and wait for a refund and probably have to endure another cancellation sales pitch or lecture of how they’re wrong and didn’t use the app properly.

After you go through all the set up questions there’s no way to just try it out without having to pay at least $19.99 for the first month. Would be great to be able to try it before I have to pay.

One more of those apps that makes you fill a long questionnaire, collect your email, to only then present a ridiculously high price for what they offer

Scam
I cannot get whether this app is good or not. Because it makes you fill out a survey for 5 minutes and then create an account just to send you to a screen to buy a subscription before you can even try the app.
Thieves
After uninstalling the app and canceling my subscription I continued to be billed for months. Emails went unanswered and requests to stop billing went unresolved. I had to go to my bank to have the charges stop. They purposely make it impossible to unsubscribe
