After you go through all the set up questions there’s no way to just try it out without having to pay at least $19.99 for the first month. Would be great to be able to try it before I have to pay.

Lot of things wrong.
1. It’s sims are clearly off in a lot of spots
2. The coaching says nonsense like that 65 on AK6A board is a “strong hand”

Scam
I cannot get whether this app is good or not. Because it makes you fill out a survey for 5 minutes and then create an account just to send you to a screen to buy a subscription before you can even try the app.
Thieves
After uninstalling the app and canceling my subscription I continued to be billed for months. Emails went unanswered and requests to stop billing went unresolved. I had to go to my bank to have the charges stop. They purposely make it impossible to unsubscribe

Downloaded. Signed up. Immediately asked to pay without even trying it. Nah I’m good on all that. Went to delete the app and noticed you can get a full year for $19 if you click the “80% off offer”.

I wanted to try out the app. I signed up for the free trial. The deadline to cancel was approaching and I could not find anywhere to cancel my free trial and was charged a yearly subscription to 90 dollars. I still am unable to find a way to cancel through the app, App Store, or website. This should be illegal to make it so difficult to cancel that they just take your money.

Great app, predatory tactics
A great app, but extremely convoluted to cancel during the free trial. They make you subscribe through safari so that you can’t cancel through the subscription section on the Apple Store. They also provide no way to do so on the app (they don’t even provide a way to check your profile). If you want to cancel, you have to check the first email they send you when you sign-up. In it, there’s a link called “manage your subscription” which allows you to cancel. Great app, but should not need to resort to such predatory tactics.

The concept seemed pretty cool and I tried it out. I liked it at first, but it was too complex for a total beginner who had no familiarity with the game. I went to cancel the trial, thinking it would be under my Apple subscriptions in settings, as would normally be. It wasn’t there.
Nowhere within the app does it allow you to cancel the “free trial.” I emailed the listed support email within the app, on the 2nd day out of the 7 day trial. No response this entire time. Followed up and emailed a second time asking for help to cancel, with zero response. Absolutely ridiculous paywall scam.

This is a horrible company to deal with. When I purchased a subscription, I was billed the monthly fee, but I was not able to log in to my account. I was prompted to create a new account, and the app attempted to bill me again. I have reached out to their customer support e-mail several times and I have never received a response. However, they have billed my card several times!

No way to cancel during free trial period
No way to cancel free trial. When I signed up for free trial, was told there we be a reminder before charged. This did not happen. Charged $90 for year. No response to emails to customer support.
