RunWay – AI Running Coach

A real coach in your earbuds, every run. RunWay follows your run live (GPS, heart rate, cadence) and talks to you at the right moment: kilometer splits, pace, heart rate zones, guided intervals, encouragement. It lowers your music while it speaks, then gives it back. A COACH THAT KNOWS YOU • Reads your daily readiness from Health (HRV, sleep, resting heart rate) and adapts its advice. • Ask it anything with the mic while you run: "How am I doing?" • Pick its personality: no-mercy drill sergeant, motivator, analytical, zen, supportive… even jokester. • Ultra-natural voices (ElevenLabs), in English or French, even offline. PLANS THAT ADAPT • First 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon: a week-by-week plan with your own paces. • Trail and ultra, from 5 to over 200 km with elevation gain: hills, power hiking, long runs planned in hours. • Something hurts? Report it: your plan eases off right away, then guides your comeback step by step. • Set your own long-run length: feel like 20 km today? Your call. • Missed a workout, low on energy? The plan adjusts itself. • Pacer mode keeps you on your target time, to the second. Race day mode: smart start, drink reminders, strong finish. ROUTES • Loops suggested for today's workout, with voice turn-by-turn guidance. • GPX export and import for your watch (Garmin, COROS, Suunto…). ALL YOUR STATS • Live map with your route colored by pace. • Pace, heart rate and zones, cadence, stride, elevation, splits, finish prediction. • History, personal records, weekly progress, achievements to unlock. • Saves to Apple Health, Live Activity on the Lock Screen, Siri. FREE, WITH AI COACHING WHEN YOU WANT IT The app is free, and your coach always talks to you, with lines pre-recorded by an ElevenLabs voice, even offline. For the AI coach (tailor-made cues, spoken live), you get free coaching time when you sign up, then top up if you like: 3, 10 or 30 hours, no subscription, no expiry. Training and wellness only: RunWay is not a substitute for medical advice. Privacy: your runs stay on your iPhone and in your account. With your permission, the AI coach uses Claude (Anthropic) to write and ElevenLabs to speak. Nothing is sold. RUNWAY CLUB, RUN WITH YOUR FRIENDS (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) • Challenge a friend to a duel on one of your runs: they race it in Rematch mode, the coach calls out the gap live, and rematches go both ways. • Start a private crew (2 to 50 people): weekly leaderboard, shared goal, crew challenges (most kilometers, consistency, best 5K or 10K). • Your coach talks about your crew while you run. No public feed, no likes. Receiving and running a duel a friend sent you is free. AI coaching time is not included. RunWay Club Monthly: $2.99 per month.
