Consistently does not work
This app is constantly bad, only use it 4 times a year for majors and every.single.time. It’ll go hours without loading anything, can’t check standings/scores, nothing! Continuously kicks you out here you have to keep signing back into it as well…you’d think they’d do something to fix it but no, same ole story every time we use it…will be looking else where for something similar but better…

36 entrants in the pool. over half cannot get in to see the standings. It keeps taking everyone back to the log in page. Do not get this app.
Yep it’s a scam
Seems like a good idea at first. Then the app doesn’t work when there’s high volume around the start of March Madness. Then they hold your bracket hostage after the first day of games, demanding $70 even though you selected the free version. Classic bait and switch
APP IS NOT FREE!!!!
This app is a total scam. There’s no mention of fees during sign-up or in the App Store description. You lose access to your pool until you make payment. Their Terms of Service prohibits collecting fees for pools, yet they violate their own Terms of Service and charge per entry. AVOID THIS APP/WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Bad changes
They now take you to a browser to login and redirect you to the app again sometimes. Sometimes it doesn’t work and you just sit on the browser session. Horrible. You shouldn’t have to leave an app to log in. That’s basic app design 101. Why they switched to this, I have no clue, it’s like an early 200s an experience now. Please revert. Horrible product manager in charge

Scam App
I used this app the first time around and wondered why everyone wrote complaints about it. Coming around now, I see why. At first I had no problem paying for the app because I was hosting a paid pool with a few friends. However, the last 2 times there is 2, not 1, 2 OPTIONS listed. I chose the free option and not the splash option in hopes of hosting a free pool. Get to a few days later, will tell you to pay $15 for 10 entries minimum. Like excuse me? What was the point of all those options and messages then. Don’t get me wrong the pool works great payment wise. The problem is the lies it says to the player. What is the point of basing an app around various details if those details are meant to be destroyed. This app has lost a user in me.

Misleading - costs money and custom options are limited
No ncaa basketball pickem options, only tournament. Also, many options cost money, but the app is advertised as free.

If my friends and I have a pool for entertainment only, why do we have to pay a $20 fee?
Goes dark
I load up the app, go to leaderboard and it goes completely dark. Can’t go back. I’ve deleted and reloaded app on my IPad. Same problem over and over.
Paying for picks that make you no money makes no sense
Me and my dad use this to keep track of what teams we want to win. We have used it for about 1 year now now the app wants 20 bucks for 11 entries I’m not gonna pay 20 bucks for something I can keep track of in my notes app horrible decision on the apps part.
