Got the app but it times out every time I try to set up. Same for my husband’s phone. Please fix the bug in the RV+ app

No longer works after last update. Drops connection every 10-30 seconds.
Nice remote control
This app works well for remotely reading tanks and controlling lights, climate and water heater. Being able to read the tank levels while dumping is huge! But I wish they more closely matched what is on the panel. Most times the app shows the black tank as empty while the panel shows it at 9-12%. Not sure why there’s a discrepancy since they’re both reading from the same data source.

Complete and utter failure from Firefly
One of the factors that lead us to buy the Arab we did was that we could control it remotely through an app. We do a ton of winter camping during snowboarding season and it's imperative to keep an eye on temps. We've tried IOS and android versions of the app and in both cases it times out setup at the downloading options item. Junk app

Doesn't work
New Thor Gemini. Could never get the app to connect. I eventually they put a new firefly in on warranty. Now it will start pairing but it times

Cannot connect. Isn’t that the point?
When the tech installed the new unit my husband’s phone connected but mine never did. We were doing tank emptying so I grabbed my husband’s phone to watch the tank levels and the app said it was completing an update. Now his phone doesn’t connect either. Both “time out” at ‘checking options’ every time no matter how many times we try. This is our third unit.

Latest update did not help
The latest update seemed to have helped with the app actually updating the screen after you do anything. But nope, still needed to close the app and reopen to see the change in temp for example.
Needs update fix
Our brand new RV will not pair with the app since the last update two months ago. It goes through the motions, then quits every time. Changing the pin does not help. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling does not help.
RV+
This app is worthless, never did get it to work. Replaced entire module at dealership and still could not get it to work. We have a brand new Thor Compass.
