Bluetooth connection for the proximity feature does not function reliably if at all. Take away this feature and the lock functions as a nice touch lock only.

Trouble with locks

The lock has never worked properly from the start. We talked to tech support and they keep saying the firmware will be updated. At this time we can only open with the key.
