We have the gateway but the main lock shows up then goes away. It would be nice to set notifications or alerts if it’s a certain time but there is no such option.
Not So Good
Bluetooth connection for the proximity feature does not function reliably if at all. Take away this feature and the lock functions as a nice touch lock only.

Trouble with locks
The lock has never worked properly from the start. We talked to tech support and they keep saying the firmware will be updated. At this time we can only open with the key.
Lock is terrible
Rarely unlocks with anything but the key. Seemed to function properly when I set it up but have had nothing but trouble.
