App won’t let me in anymore
I used this app for 2.5 years and then it just quit accepting my password and won’t let me reset it. I canceled my account several time and tried to create a new one. It says my email already has an account. Help!!!!!
iPhone scan doesn’t work
My wife and I have iPhone 16 pro Max phones and neither of the phones can do the scan feature. The app does not allow focusing of the camera, so no matter how much you move the bottle in or out away from the camera it’s always too blurry to register the scan. Typing in the script works fine and the pharmacy always gets my order. I have the latest iOS version from Apple and have deleted the app and reinstalled with no change.

Could be better! Pros: I use it at the doctor’s office to give a complete list of medications and doses. When I order ahead sometimes I realize I am almost out of medication that I wasn’t out of or planning on refilling saving me trips to the pharmacy! Cons: It doesn’t keep me informed when my prescription is running out so I will know to contact my doctor for refills, this causes me to have to skip doses of medicine regularly. It is often down when I need it causing issues with ordering and having a list of medication when needed.

Scanner App Doesn’t Work
I have an iPhone 15 pro, it won’t scan the RX bottle. The interface isn’t laid out well and objects are mis-aligned. I’d be nervous about giving this app personal data considering the developer can’t code the UI to modern standards.

Trash App
App doesn’t connect, app barely runs and when it does you think the app has crashed. Ridiculously poor operation in this day and age, app should run with no problems, unfortunately devs appear to have never created an app before and quite honestly have no business creating apps. It’s that bad!
Terrible app
This app never works and has many issues. My information will not even show and I can’t ever remember what refills I need so an app helps, but not this one. The worst app on my phone.

This app works as intended about 1/10 of the time. 🙄
Try hiring a programmer
Perhaps a passing grade for a first high school attempt at making an app. Still looking for some feature that actually works logging in times out, scanning doesn’t work, and typing in the RX code resulted in a long weight, followed by an app crash.

The developers should be embarrassed of this app. Maybe reasonable if it was 2008 but it’s visually and functionally disgraceful. Make me long for Walgreens.

Add family members?
Now that I finally have the app working, I can’t seem to find a way to add other family members like my children to my account. Does this mean I have to create an account for each of them separately and then do they have to all have their own emails?🤦🏻♀️.
Locked out
I have had issues with the app connecting reliably with my pharmacy. Now I am locked out because it says my email is incorrect and I can’t reset the password. So now I can’t use the app at all. 😖
When it works
Not a bad app, when it works. Says my email address is wrong when it is correct. No contact for support. When clicking app support it gives a page not found error. Unable to sign in until this bug is fixed.
Was good, now terrible
I used this app for about 2 years & was super satisfied. Now it does not work. Very, very disappointing. They need to fix allot of bugs so it would be the great app it used to be.
