Terrible app
Won’t let you login, add info and password. Just for an error message that says must login again. Over and over again. The WORST
So disappointed!
After trying several times, I have given up. This app installs but does not work at all. It freezes up displaying Rx365 in an extremely large font and is non responsive.
Stopped working
I bought a new iPhone and the app won’t work. Have to call the pharmacy now.
Password reset
I don’t know how good the app is because the password reset is horrible. Unable to achieve without 2 different devices. Absolutely terrible
Keeps freezing
When working love the app! So disappointing when it freezes. Tried deleting and uploading, checked my wi-fi, but app still broken! Ugh! Really need this to be dependable! Please fix asap
Can’t get past login
Used this app 1 time before, no issues! Went to login and get refills, now it says password wrong, even after resetting password 3x! Try to register again, it know I’m registered so couldn’t do that. So basically worthless right now. Guess I have to call in my refill 🤬
Not Working
It’s June the ninth and this thing is not working. What the hell is the problem?
Inconsistent
I redownloaded and now it can’t connect to my pharmacy and it’s a Sunday and the pharmacy is closed on Sundays.
Broken
Don’t bother with this app. It’s not a solution or tool, it’s a joke. It’s busted and the lack of “app support” means they don’t care to fix it.

It won’t let me login with credentials that worked a few days ago. I changed the password and it even says the new password is incorrect. I updated the app and nothing. There’s no bug report feature.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Second time I tried to open it to check my refill status, it says error and will never load the pharmacy anymore. Search, Update, reinstall didn’t help. Didn’t expect any app to be so frustrating.

I am unable to register with a pharmacy because I cannot add the insurance card. When I click on “add card”, the app does nothing. It does not connect to the camera, it does not request access to the camera, it just sits there and does nothing.
App simply does not work
I’ve tried to register with a previous prescription number, no luck. I’ve tried to register as a new customer, clicking on the camera button to add insurance card doesn’t go anywhere. I’ve tried to register without an insurance card and clicking on Register button doesn’t do anything either.
Worked great for me
I have only filled a prescription 1 time with this app but had no problems at all. Sign up was easy, setting up with my pharmacy was smooth and successfully filled a prescription. Maybe the bad reviews are old but it’s a fairly simple and straightforward app to use
Completely broken
App briefly shows logo then goes to a black screen. Restarting app doesn’t fix it. Incredible this wasn’t caught by the company and honestly surprised Apple allows such a broken app given it deal with health data. Never deleted an app so fast in my life.
Always having issues
App will struggle to open and most of the time never opens. Just stays in a black screen. One of the worst apps out there
