I came to S&T Bank many years ago when they opened a branch in lower Paxton PA. I had worked for a bank in the past I just knew walking in the branch, how I was treated, that it was gonna be a place for me. They are kind, welcoming, and educated in their products. I recommend them highly.

Love the app… One exception!
I have requested multiple times that when a check is listed as the source for a listed debit amount, that the number of the check be listed along with the amount. This would save much undue time when attempting to reconcile my checking account in my physical register book!
Otherwise, you have to Select and look at the individual check to find out to whom it was sent. After viewing it, then the app takes you back to the beginning of your listed debits, instead of where you were working on the chronological list. 😩

Easy
S & T mobile app makes everything so easy! It is easy to deposit checks, keep an eye on balances and transactions from anywhere, and Zelle is a great feature to pay and be paid by other people. Banking at your fingertips! So easy!
Super easy to use
I never thought I would do mobile banking. I was not brought up in the “computer age”, but my children were. I’m still very limited on what I do with my phone, but I love the convenience of this app!

Mobile deposit is one of the best conveniences. And having the line of credit to cover overages in checking gives me such confidence!!
App sucks it’s the reason I’m leaving the bank
Adding to say that after several failed locking attempts on S & T I logged into my capital one account and the facial recognition immediately recognized my face and logged me in with zero problems. So I do not know what is going on with this app, but it is completely unacceptable and I am beyond frustrated and I will be ending my account here.
This app sucks so bad and is the reason I am leaving the bank. I have been a loyal customer for the past nearly 15 years. But this app is atrocious. I can never access my account. The second you open the app it immediately start scanning for facial recognition whether you’re ready or not. So if you open the app and you were not ready or if you have glasses on or a mask or it’s dim or there’s literally anything wrong with your environment. It will scan anyways and after three attempts out of your control it locks you out of the account. I have been in several circumstances now where I need to immediately access my bank account and cannot because my account is frozen. While the customer service is usually great, I have had situations where the customer service is the worst I’ve ever had from any establishment. So when it’s good, it’s good but when it’s bad, it is atrocious service. I really wish they could get it together and fix this app. I have left so many comments and complaints in good faith to try to escalate this to the people need to hear it, but this app is horrific and it is the reason that I am no longer going to be an S and T customer.

Mobile deposit
The app works fine except for mobile deposit. It only works for me one out of three times even when it accepts the deposit. It doesn’t show up for three or four days in my account.

Mobile check deposit shaky
The app had gotten significantly better in the last several years but is still missing key features. Zelle could be a bit smoother. But the main issue is that mobile check deposit uses the incorrect camera lens which results in declined deposits due to poor image quality.

Very convenient since I live in another state but continue to bank with S&T… however I often have problems cashing large checks and credit card payments on larger amounts!

Very poor banking app
FaceID hasn’t worked for about 4 years now, only with this app. If you input password incorrectly twice they lock your account. Russo there
Mobile app
The app generally works great. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a texted extra security code. Sometimes the Face ID does not work and I need to put in a regular password. I have not had this issue with other banking apps I use. Right now, for example, I would like to submit the review but submit is not an option. Only cancel. It is glitchy.

Can’t use either vpn security on?
Why can’t I use your banking app if I’m using Bitdefender VPN? As soon as I turned it off, I was allowed access to your banking app. Bitdefender is designed to keep omy information safe online.
Connect credit card to app
4 stars if the app allowed access and payment options from the bank app for my S&T credit card.
