Why would an excellent product manufacturer not have the no how to get the remote/App to function properly? It’s like you’re trying to screw up a simple freaking app on purpose bringing out multiple apps for the same bed with different app names…bull crap technology

Can’t Select Bed
Trying to use the app for the first time and the first thing you’re required to do when you start the app is to select your bed model, but no options appear.
Keeps crashing
The app crashes when I try using it.
No split king sync
There is no way to control a split king base in sync. I can control each side separately, but that is a deal breaker when it is sitting on top of a single mattress. One of the features of scape beds is that no sync cable is required to move the beds in sync. There was no setup instruction and even the manual doesn’t mention how to setup the Bluetooth connection.
I found this by trial and error:
- pull out the plug of the beds and wait 3 min
- connect power for both beds and go to app and you can see te bed(s) in bed selector.
- you have about 2 min before the beds exit the pairing mode
