Bad performance and UX
This app is the least worst of all the Luxembourgish banks, but it still made me switch to revolut.
There is no way it takes over a minute to login to the account and load any page, sometimes loading forever unless the app is restarted, loads of downtime routinely where you basically can’t use the app for no apparent reason, being the #1 app in luxembourg means nothing as there is no competition.
This performance was standard about 10 years ago but we’re in 2026 and I think it’s time for Spuerkeess to invest a bit in this app considering the marketing.
I never leave reviews but after using other apps like CBC and revolut, it’s clear that there is a big need for a UX and performance overhaul on this app as banking apps have evolved a lot and this is far below standards.

Code de validation erroné
Impossible de passer l’étape de validation captcha. Le sms arrive bien avec un code. Ce code ne fonctionne jamais…
Application pourrie
L’application est vraiment nulle, elle ne fonctionne jamais. Impossible d’accéder aux différents services proposés. Obligé de se connecter sur pc pour accéder aux comptes. Embaucher de nouveaux développeurs svp

application qui marche un mois sur deux. " login impossible. le service demandé est actuellement indisponible " un mois sur deux faudrait régler le problème la c'est long 😐.
Good design but not working
Unfortunately for all the times I try to use it, it is not working, telling me there is an error, so I have to use the website. If the app is not working why even bother to make one?

Bonjour, je suis vraiment déçu de l’application…. Pratiquement à chaque virement j’ai un message d’erreur « le service demandé est actuellement indisponible ». !!!!

Terrible onboarding
Poor onboarding experience. Promised online onboarding but the app keeps crashing on handover from LuxTrust

L’application se ferme au moment de la connexion LuxTrust.
Application plante après validation LuxTrust
Impossible de devenir client via l’application. Dans le processus de création de compte, après la validation de LuxTrust mobile ou otp l’application se ferme sans raison. Après relance de l’application manuellement , tout le processus d’inscription est à refaire. J’ai testé sur deux iPhone deux modèles différents, dernière mise à jour en date (17.4.1) avec le même constat. Vous ne souhaitez pas que je sois client ☺️…

App stürzt ab.
Wie ich sehe wurde das Problem mit Luxtrust zur Kontoeröffnung seit mindestens 16.12.23 nicht behoben. Unter iOs 17.4.1 stürzt die App beim Luxtrust Identifikationsprozess ab. Keine Kontoeröffnung möglich.
Boucle infinie
S’identifier, redirection vers LuxTrust, authentification ok et retour vers l’app de la bcee qui affiche toujours le bouton pour s’identifier. Je clique sur le button et je suis à nouveau redirigé vers LuxTrust. Désinstaller l’app ne règle pas le problème. Bref, codé avec des moufles.

Auf iOS 17.2 ist es nicht möglich sich bei der Kontoeröffung via LuxTrust anzumelden. App stürzt ab.
Onboarding bug
Il m’est impossible de devenir client. L’application crash à chaque authentification LuxTrust (digipass ou application).

Very old
Very old interface. Very complex.
You cannot copy paste your iban from the app.
You cannot signal any transaction as suspicious if someone clone your card
The transfer form is really old. The object section is something embarrassing.
Please, improve this app. I have 6 bank accounts with 6 different apps. This is the worst
