Battery issues
The light turns on when I charge it but I have tried it once with my partner and now it doesn’t even turn on. There’s no troubleshooting possibility for this either so I can’t tell if it’s just not charging so it’s dead or if it’s broken

Ive scanned the qr code, put the actual code in and it wont connect and stays loading or failed. Fix your broken app or i wasted my money on the toy i got.

not working long distance
I just bought this and it is a very nice toy. I will admit, but the only problem that I'm having is that I can't get it to connect to my hubby's phone. He lives about a state and a half away and I was given the impression that it's supposed to work and bind together with someone else's phone for long distance, please help.

Love the product can’t tell if it’s charging
I can’t tell if the product is charging or not, no light symbolizing it’s charging and the app doesn’t tell me it’s battery percentage either

自動モードは、モーター２のスライドバーの下半分が隠れ、説明書によると、さらにその下に電源ボタンがあるようですが、その部分も表示されず、操作が出来ません。
音楽モードも、下のボタンが3つ僅かに見えていますが隠れています。
「お問い合わせ」画面は、submitボタンが隠れて表示されず、送りたくても送信が出来ません。
画面全体をスライド出来る様にするなど、アプリを改善してほしいです。

How do I add music?
I like the discreet product and I like all the options but it only came with one song and there’s nothing showing or telling you how to add more or link a music streaming app to it…
