Good design but not working

Unfortunately for all the times I try to use it, it is not working, telling me there is an error, so I have to use the website. If the app is not working why even bother to make one?

Terrible onboarding

Poor onboarding experience. Promised online onboarding but the app keeps crashing on handover from LuxTrust

Mobile setup for access

Really annoying. Have downloaded then removed but never through the process was asked to set my mobile instead of the electronic key. Not happy at all!

Useless App

This App may be working only in tiny Luxembourg, but it does not function from other places around the world (at least where I live). Since this new App has been introduced, I can't have any access to internet banking anymore. Thesituation is hopeless and may consider to transfer my bank accounts to the competition if this App is not modified urgently to allow access as before to my bank accounts wherever I am.
