Bad performance and UX
This app is the least worst of all the Luxembourgish banks, but it still made me switch to revolut.
There is no way it takes over a minute to login to the account and load any page, sometimes loading forever unless the app is restarted, loads of downtime routinely where you basically can’t use the app for no apparent reason, being the #1 app in luxembourg means nothing as there is no competition.
This performance was standard about 10 years ago but we’re in 2026 and I think it’s time for Spuerkeess to invest a bit in this app considering the marketing.
I never leave reviews but after using other apps like CBC and revolut, it’s clear that there is a big need for a UX and performance overhaul on this app as banking apps have evolved a lot and this is far below standards.

Code de validation erroné
Impossible de passer l’étape de validation captcha. Le sms arrive bien avec un code. Ce code ne fonctionne jamais…
Application pourrie
L’application est vraiment nulle, elle ne fonctionne jamais. Impossible d’accéder aux différents services proposés. Obligé de se connecter sur pc pour accéder aux comptes. Embaucher de nouveaux développeurs svp
