This system is not user friendly at all

First thing was a „rate me text“ second thing was a „buy premium“ with a laughingly bad escape button that didn’t really work and after using it for all of 7 sec an add appeared, of course unscippable so in the end I’ll rather give up my firstborn befor using it again

I can’t use the app, I can’t use the product, and the app is a charged service? For $2000 this system broke my tv, took my internet down, didn’t come with all the parts it needed to hook up to the tv and I have to pay to use an app that will not work with my devices? Absolute no for me.
A big step back
Compared to Sonos 1, Sonos 2 has made my installation almost unusable. The persistent advertisements only add to the disappointment. Avoid if you possibly can.

The speakers are great but having to deal with the whole Sonos ecosystem is torture. Would never buy again.

Doesn’t allow me to connect. Just keeps asking how I want to connect. I select Wi-Fi and it gives a drop down with only one selection for my device. Then nothing happens.
