اسوأ خدمه على الإطلاق
خدمات سيئه. جداً لدي عده حسابات في بنوك عده لم اجد اسوأمن هذا البنك في التعامل مع الانسان! اعتقد انهم لا يستوعبون ان العميل انسان وقته ثمين وانه مهم.. تعاملهم في قسم خدمات العملاء والشكاوي وصوت العميل في منتهى السوء إذا اتواصلت بالهاتف اقل انتظار في كل مره ٤٥ دقيقه- والموظفين ليس لديهم معلومات او خبره او ادنى حس يالمسؤوليه- لي ٢٠ سنه في هذا البنك ولكن اخر خمس سنوات الخدمات في انحدار ونوعيه الموظفين المختاره لا تمتلك الكفاءه ولا المسووليه والمثل اللائق بكل من هو مسؤول عن اي خدمه تخص العملاء ( من امن العقوبه اساء الادب) حقيقه مافي موظف واحد اتعاملت معه حريص انه يقدم اي نوع من الخدمات التي ترضي العملاء اتعاملت مع اقسام كثير ..السوء في الخدمه والتعامل مع العميل بفوقيه ولا مسؤوليه هو الطابع المشترك بين الجميع ..حقيقي المسؤولين عن قسم الشكاوي وخدمات العملاء وصوت العميل لا يستحقون الا الفصل ! Always some technical glitches, awful UX and bad customer service
Update ruined the app
The new update has completely ruined the user experience, you cannot see all account details unless you click into one account and have to swipe to see each individual account. Each time you make a transfer or pay credit card the load screen gets stuck and you have to constantly quit the app and try again! Please fix this is very inconvenient!!!

Amazing app!
SAB is one of the cleanest and most useful finance apps I’ve used in Saudi—especially for tracking spending and keeping everything in one place. The experience is smooth, the UI is clear, and SAB 360 is genuinely a great feature.
That said, I really hope SAB 360 can become a standalone app (or at least be usable as a dedicated module). It deserves its own space with deeper budgeting and reporting tools.
A few features that would make it next-level:
• PDF report generation: monthly/weekly spending summaries, category breakdowns, merchant analysis, and exportable statements (PDF + maybe Excel).
• Smart budget alerts: notifications when I’m approaching my limit (e.g., 80% / 90%) and when I exceed the budget—by category and total monthly spend.
• Optional: a simple spending forecast for the rest of the month based on current pace.
If SAB 360 becomes standalone with reporting + real budget notifications, it would easily be one of the best personal finance tools in the region.

Works fine but latest update worse than previous versions
Latest update is not as good as previous one. Takes more menus to get to all my account info and is now slower to use.
Nice Update But Slow
The new version is better but needs hard work to make it faster and please remove the splash screen or make less reddish. The credit cards screen to be polished as info are overlays and not showing properly. Need to add the ability to reorganize the cards and accounts in the main screen.

A message showing network error while signing
Transaction display issues
A bit larger amount transactions are not being displayed and cannot be shared. Tried offloading the app data, uninstalling/reinstalling, even upgraded to iOS 26 version but the same issue is persisting. This is very frustrating. Is there like an update scheduled to fix this?

Since few months I am logging in and can’t . It’s keeps getting stuck at loading screen whenever I open the app. Sometimes it works

App is frozen
I have been using Sab app for last 4 years but since 1 month there is something wrong with the app that it’s not allowing me to sign in because the login button is frozen. I can’t click log in but when I turn off my wifi and use mobile data it works but sometimes it’s not even working on mobile data. I saw on comments that some other people facing the same issue. Can you please fix the issue?

The application freezes
For the past two weeks, every time I try to use the application, it freezes and I can't even click the login button to access my account. The only solution is to delete the app and download it again from the App Store, after which it works temporarily. This situation is unacceptable for banking services. You need to identify and fix the bug.
