I wish I could get paid to create an app that only works half the time. I have to use the app for 2% of my working day, and it’s the most frustrating time.
Awful
Newest update sends constant alerts for branches I’m no associated with. Had 96 alerts in the morning compared to the usual 4-5. Now they’re sending texts too. Impossible to keep up with. Along with the random technical issues of not working and showing in the geofence.

Seldom works correctly
Recent update not keeping info. Asks to use biometric data but won’t log in with it now. Check remember email and it clears it each time. Trash. Hope our bank swaps soon tbh
App Glitching, Support is next to none…
Lately, my app has not been letting me log in properly to open/close my location. When I called support, they told me the basic “restart your app” spiel as if I’m incompetent to technology. My app is still broken (constantly making me restart authorization and sometimes even telling me my credentials are wrong when they are not) and that is a major security risk.

Could be better
I use this daily and it is frustrating to have to login every time to use it. I’ve set up Face ID but the app logs me out. If I didn’t have to use this for work I’d get rid of the app.
