Consent Form is Blocking Access

When I open the app, there is a consent form for a study I need to agree to in order to progress. I hit the “agree” button but I get an error message saying that it failed to save my response. This happens every time I hit the agree button. So now I can’t see the status of my most recent covid test. Please fix.
