Not visually friendly
Good idea for an app. But I do find that it doesn’t adjust to the phone text size and it makes it difficult to visualize when it also doesn’t follow the dark/light mode of the phone therefore it doesn’t make it easy to use

The adding texting and your phone gets notifications non stop and you cannot turn them off people are using it as a social app

Needs User Experience Improvements
The notification of the app works great. Need to be able to zoom in to read text. Or have the option to increase the size of the text. Would Al be helpful to have a dark screen option.

Dysfunctional app nothing works correctly and yes its another waste of time thats just gonna sell your info

Was able to report a hit and run and they found him!
A pick up truck ran into the side of my car! I snapped a picture of the car’s plates and submitted it on SaferWatch. 2 days later the police were able to find the guy! Thank you for this app!!

Unable to Reinstall
I changed phones and am unable to sign in to the app or establish a new account since it says my phone number is associated with another account. I think I used my Apple ID when I originally signed up with my previous phone, but when I attempt that now it says entered email is invalid.
Easy to use and get connected.
I’m bad a technology, but this app made it easy to get set up and in the know.

Didn’t like
Notifications I unsubscribed multiple times and they still send me alerts. I removed the app. Did really provide what I was looking for.

This app is something everyone should download and have on their phone. As a young independent female living alone in a city, I feel safe and comfortable knowing I am protected with the click of a button.
