Не работает. На обращения не отвечают. Тупо списали деньги. Пару дней поработала и тишина. Не рекомендую. Разрабы - если читаете отзывы - жду сатисфакции!!!
Где тех поддержка ?
3й день не работает приложение , поддержка не отвечает, разработчики ни как не информируют о проблеме , о сроках решения . Ставлю 1 звезду, как исправят ситуацию, изменю оценку

Не работает в России с 11.07.2026 в России, техническая поддержка не отвечает, у меня куплена подписка на 1 год, но я не могу использовать приложение.
A shadow of its former self
The service doesn’t work with major streamers such as Disney+. Given the steep price a year it’s not great. Some services work and some don’t.
Worst vpn ever
I load into Roblox counter felt tycoon and open the upgrade menu and my ENTIRE iPad froze. I had to wait five minutes to be able to manually reset my iPad. Even then I was lagging and freezing outside of Roblox.definitely uninstalling. 0 stars!
Worst VPN
Customer service is 0 - Reported an issue a month ago only for customer service to come back and say “just try switching to a different server”. Well… that doesn’t solve the issue, I would avoid this company by all means
False advertising
I was lied too I had to pay 130 cause I used it for 3days
Used to work OK but not anymore
Used to work for my VPN to Switzerland but since early 2026 it’s no longer working. I tried different device, reinstalled etc nothing works. Got to find another VPN provider.
Spams Everyday to Write App Review
Note to dev - would have rated you 4 stars but your insistence on popping a modal prompt asking for an app review EVERY DAY bumps you down to 1 star.
If a user doesn’t want to review your app then when they finally do it will be to let you know how bad of an experience you’re creating for a service they are paying yearly.
I’ll likely not be renewing my subscription and would rather give my money to YouTube next year since they don’t spam for reviews from PAYING CUSTOMERS.
App works - mostly. I do have to manually end and start the VPN connection every 24 hours or so or the connection is not usable.

New problems with a lack of support .
This VPN used to be great, but, last months the quality is dropping to a very bad quality, and when we try to contact them to solve issues, you get a standard answer, and when to explain that this basic solutions doesn’t work, you never received any other solution, and the case become open forever.
This is bad, mainly when they join a crowed market with a bright solution, that they can’t keep.

Подписался попробовать на appletv. Было указано, что три дня бесплатно, потом 12,99$ в месяц. Appletv так и не заработал в другой стране. Отключил и удалил в первый же день. Деньги не вернули. Поддержка Appletv так-же в возврате средств отказала. Больше похоже на мошенничество.
iPhone doesn’t work on it
Very disappointed
I paid $139 for a one‑year subscription and it does not work with PlayStation like advertised. Tried using it through my iPhone, and the VPN doesn’t pass through to the console at all. Feels like a total waste of money. Customer support wasn’t helpful either. Would not recommend this service if you want a VPN that actually works for gaming or consoles.

Opposite effect
Instead ping should be low it came so high. With this app my ping is 35 ms but after using came 124ms

解約し忘れて13,000円支払ったのに、また更新を迫られて、その更新をしないと使えない状況です。先月支払ったばかりなのに。1年間13,000円分見てやる！と思ったのに。高いジブリ代。
