Hope the promoters and the developers of the App have some exposure to the concept of “ Continuous Improvement “ . Many basis features need urgent attention. Safetrax has a worst Maps would suggest you to use Google Maps instead of your home grown desi maps! All the office locations in Bangalore needs to updated . Pls connect incase you need feedback from actual user and am happy to help you succeed .

I am new in the city and the driver also doesn't know about the drop of location., somehow my teammate helped me out telling the location from google map and my pick up address is near to my office but they are asking me to go to another location which is far from my place
Auto Logout issue
This app keeps logging out from my iphone. It is happening so frequently that it is very difficult to use this app. I have to login 15-20 times in a day just to use it for cab boarding and drop. It has been more than 20 days however issue still not resolved.
App need update
App is not working properly…if we close the app n open again..we need do login everytime..need to fix this

I have been using the app for a long time but lately it kicks me out multiple times even while trying to schedule the cab, earlier one’s signed in you were not required to log in everytime you need to book the cab. Besides I have had scenarios where I logged in and I was immediately kicked out again. That’s frustrating

App is getting logged out automatically
After latest update , everytime I open the app it asks for login credentials. I enter it and able to login. Next time again when I open the app, it’s logged out automatically and again I have to enter login credentials.

App logs out instantly when navigating - Unusable
Every time I try to open My Trips, My Schedules or perform other actions inside the app it immediately logs me out and forces a full re-login. Happens every time. Makes the app unusable for daily commuting. Device: DEVICE · iOS: iOS VERSION · App: APP VERSION. Please fix this critical bug.
Session is not persisting properly
I am facing this issue when i updated the app to latest version. Earlier i was not facing this issue. App automatically logs out even when i login just now
Worst app
This app is just terrible. It keeps logging out again and again for no reason. The tracking is totally unreliable — half the time it shows wrong locations or doesn’t update at all keeps freezing, and the connection drops constantly It’s really frustrating to use.

Improvement Needed in Carpool Grouping and Drop Sequence
The current arrangement isn’t ideal — fitting three people in a two-seater is uncomfortable. Please ensure the group of three includes one woman seated with two men where necessary. Also, the location choices could be improved; I end up being the last drop and have to go through multiple areas before reaching my destination.

Skip feedback
The 'Skip Feedback' option is not functioning. I'm unable to proceed without submitting feedback, as the popup reappears within seconds. Ultimately, I'm forced to provide feedback. The only workaround I've found is to reinstall the app
Worst app
It does not serve the purpose. it is being recently introduced in Swedish organisation recently in Hinjewadi. You have to login in the app most of us face login issues. Then mark your self "boarded" and "alighted" everytime you get in and out of bus (no matter if you are in middle of traffic or in rain or your phone is dead) you have to mark it. Lots of loggin issues . Useless application!

Missing live activities widget
Oftentimes while waiting for the cab, it's difficult to open the app multiple times to check how far the vehicle has come.. instead having live activities widget on lock screen showing the ETA for the vehicle arrival to your location for pick up or drop would give lot of convenience

Not anle to login through MYSLk app
Hi team, I am not abke to login through Myslk app neither individualy launching app, it says uid ornpassword is incorrect but both are correct as domain. Kindly rectify the issue.
