Great invention!

I’ve been working as a home support worker for over 10 years and I would say that this is the best thing we could ever have for our safety especially like me who works in evenings.

Poor design

App tries to force users to check in with a message. Waste of time & unecessary

Terrible

The notifications on this app only work 1/8th of the time. The system is tolerable when you get the two notifications prior to check in. But if you do t then it get very annoying very fast. If you miss a check in you get a phone call, voicemail and email. All productivity is gone when you are in a loud environment and can’t answer your phone but have to spend 6 minutes checking in and then deleting the stupid automated calls and email. I’d rather die alone than have to use the most terrible work alone app in the world.

Oilfield operator

There are alert prompts every time I try to login in it would be nice to have this system worked with minimal input rather than a distraction and tiny tex to read every time

Poor support

Don’t use it as no support to get it set properly.

This app is my nemesis

I really dislike this app. I never get the notifications until the phone rings with their automated voicemail.

You cannot change the alert setting to be a different tone.

It eats battery capacity

There is no shift time start time and stop time settings.

SafetyLine

Waste of time, if in trouble call 911.

Needs sound

Doesn’t have any sound on notifications the only way to sign in on time is to set a separate timer

Excellent app

This app is easy to use and allows our remote workers to easily check in. It also allows staff working alone in group homes to feel more connected and ensures a quick response when there are medical or behavioral issues.

Error message

Won’t allow to complete the login. Getting an error message saying “SafetyLine cannot be contacted”

Doesn’t Work

Installed fine, but after the home page it stops you with an error “safety line cannot be contacted”.

Good system

The system is good and previous app versions have worked well. The last two updates have not been good. I get badge alerts with no sounds and have to wait for the late check in call to be notified if I’m not looking at my phone.

Better than other

We tried other lone worker apps at work I like this one best

Thank you

This app has given me peace of mind knowing that our employees are safe wherever and whenever they are working. It’s easy to use and super reliable. Thanks SafetyLine!

Great app!

Love that it keeps me safe, and that I can set my own custom check-in timer when needed.

One touch

I agree with the negative reviews. No I don’t need you to walk me through it and I understand you’re doing your best to satisfy your customers requirements (although if this were true you would implement the changes suggested previously) so please don’t patronize me with a generic response.

The app needs to be updated to suit ACTUAL physical workers, not administrators. Seeing as how GPS is able to be used, a simple update would allow you to respond with a touch of a button from your phones notification screen and or shake your phone. Simple and easy.

There needs to be notifications

On other apps like safety link there are notifications that alert your phone before the app team calls you to see if your ok. A little heads up for people to check in would be nice, not everyone sets a reminder on their phone to check in when they are busy working.

Poor for our use

This a body recovery app. Not a safety line for working alone

Great App!

The app works great! The only thing that requires improvement, is to allow monitors to access their accounts through the app, eliminating the need to use a browser. This would make things much more efficient when trying to locate workers in a state of emergency.

Privacy issues / lag

Nothing better then people following you around and an app that is spying on you. It doesn't need to track you all the time. Just if your in an Emergancy state then it should send out a gps distress. Not need office people looking at field people to see what there up too.
