Receipts
App always bounces receipt back to you even though everything is input correctly it makes you refill out all information after the fact, and you don’t even have the receipt to refill it out
Fails to upload images in lockdown mode
No image uploads for users in lockdown mode means expense creation workflows break and you’re unable to create expenses with images. Forcing you to abandon the app and use another system.
Sign in sucks
How do I sign in? Won't accept my Google sign in. Keeps asking me for password of other email

Great app and easy to use and learn
One of the best expense management tools I’ve used till date. Easy to create and report expenses.
Smooth mobile experience
The app works really well to record and extract key information from my receipts. Very good experience.
Not a good app
Trash, garbage and useless are an accurate description I have seen on the reviews. Worse than this app’s interface is its tech support trying to justify and make it sound like it is an user issue and not the lack of functionality for this incomplete project of an app. Their responses in here asking the reviewers to “elaborate” is exactly what they do for paying customers even after you have explained, screenshot and emailed them many times. SMH 🙈

Pretty Good
I have nothing to compare this reporting system except our previous over simplified excel program, but I felt there were a few issues that needed to be resolved. It is definitely better than what we had before. I had trouble with managing some of the data,especially when testing it and I could not delete it. That was frustrating. The system needs to be more simplified and ease is use. I’ll let you young people figure it out.

It’s so easy
This is one of the easiest logs I’ve used! Love the photo option! Don’t have to worry about losing receipts.
Please stop updating- It’s only getting worse
App used to be rock solid. However over the last year it has increasingly gotten worse. It started first by removing and having to add back Face ID. Now it constantly logs me out and still will not recognize Face ID. Yes phone is up to date. App unfortunately is up to date though I wish I could go back to last year’s version. I have to use it daily and it maddening.

Garbage!
Garbage app, buggy, logs u out then wont recognize username and password, tried resetting and it says to download the app but the app is downloaded . Wont let you log back in . Pure junk !
What is going on with adding personal cards from mobile?
Stalls/times out every time. Makes setup on the app impossible. Not very on-the-go friendly
Buggy
Would be a good app but everytime it updates in logs me off and doesn’t recognize my email or password (even after I reset and re-download). Also, it takes a long time to process photos and will stop me from filling out the other info for each expense. After 4 years you’d think they’d work through some of this stuff. The website seems to be just fine but the app is no good.

Poor interface and terrible functionality… unfortunately stuck with this due to work requirements. Would never use it by choice

Ups and Downs
I have a phone from 2019 that this app no longer works on. I start it and the screen stays white and doesn't load. It’s not a bad app otherwise. I do wish it uploaded/processed pictures faster.

Downloaded the app and it immediately starts having you log in before ever setting up an account. Doesn’t even have an option to creat the account. Useless
Expense reporting is Tedious?? Not anymore
This app will change your work life. With the advanced AI and OCR implementation to report every expense spent makes it so easy to just click a picture of the bill and upload . No need to keep them in your Wallet anymore and excel sheets is never gonna pop up in your mind.

Crashing
The app crashes/closes out when I tap the camera icon to load a receipt. Also I had an expense that would not save after hitting Save Changes.
