Assignments Do Not Display
It appears it has been a year since the last review and I decided to report that as of 6/21/2026 the assignments do not display despite repeated attempts and sage 300 settings tweaking. I am hoping the developers are receiving this message.
Summary: Warning Do Not Diwnload this app for your technician unless the developers have posted a fix for this feature. I do recommend you use the web version it may be cumbersome but it works.

Communication
App is nice for time entries. Several bugs need worked. Occasional app problems, can't log in. App doesn't communicate with website as entries are made so when there are app problems there is no "saved progress" on the website version which would be nice.
Needs Improvement
Everything works fine except for the title that is required to add an attachment. It won’t allow you to type a title to add an attachment for work orders
Modern and easy to use
Easily able access to my assignments for the day and putting time and materials against the work order. Can manage all functions for service related work in one app!
Does not work.
Not sure what I’m supposed to see here, but dispatch shows I have jobs assigned, the SFO website shows jobs assigned, yet this app shows nothing. Kind of a joke considering we paid for access to a program that doesn’t work and to pay for someone to troubleshoot as well.
