Constantly blocks connections
The app itself isn’t bad when it works, but 3 out of 4 times it now just blocks me and gives an error. When I do get in it only lasts 3 or 4 minutes then it blocks me. If I’m using my VPN (most of the time), it blocks me. If I’m logging in from outside Turkey it blocks me etc..
This used to be a great app, but now they just seem to want to block anybody not in Turkey and not using exactly the right internet provider.

Yurt dışından bağlanmak için o kadar çaba sarf etmek gerekiyor ki. Yurt dışı telefonu sistem kabul etmiyor yani Türkiye ye gidip oradan telefon almak gerekiyor ondan sonra hesaba girebiliyorsun

Böyle bunlar, güçsüzken yalvarırlar, biraz paşanlanınca prena gibi kimseye fırsat tanımaz ve sizi parçalarlar. Bu uygulama ve sahipleri de böyle. Tam bir legal hırsız! Haram zıkkım olsun size bizlerden çaldıklarınız!!!

Absolutely Garbage!!
Possibly the worst selling platform I have ever been on. I’ve used selling platforms in multiple countries and this has to be the least user friendly.
As someone who only visits Turkey every few years to do business, this app requires me to verify a Turkish phone number that I’ve closed over 6 years ago and won’t let me access my account any other way.
They also won’t allow you to use any foreign phone numbers, for those trying to access from abroad.
I have tried to contact support multiple times via email and calling and English support is non-existent.
I made a new account with a new email and phone number to be able to access, however when signing back on with the new account, the platform is still requiring me to verify a code sent to the number I closed more than 6 years ago.
The platform pretty much makes it impossible for people to access, especially non-Turkish speakers.
This platform also doesn’t show sold history on any items like eBay or Mercari, to be able to get an idea on how to price items.
Also, they generate a random user name for you and won’t let you change it.
