Dr retire
On 2 occasions, my physician retired. The assistance I received in selecting a new physician and confirming appointments was abysmal.
Best Medical Portal EVER
I’m 78+ years old and see a few doctors so I have to use a few different Electronic Medical Records/Health Portals. By far St Luke’s App/portal is the best, most concise, complete, comprehensive, and easiest to use.

Basic but works
The app is ok but I feel like
It’s too basic and doesn’t give access to make new appointments with new Dr’s .. I assumed the point of the app was to be sort of like a hub but it’s missing key things.

Always Connected
I feel that I have direct access to the team. Making me feel more connected. And the response is usually very quick! I feel this is a privilege.
Long wait for appointments
Three times now I’ve needed a specialist referral and I’m told each crazy wait times, six months, a year and a half. It’s really not a good network if you can’t be seen.
Great Team at Hospital ER
I experienced the shortest wait time for a low-level priority condition. The check in experience was simple and fast. The receptionist was very kind and efficient as we're the assistance, aids, nurse and x-ray technologist and doctor.
The extremely slow generation of the CT scan report is the only factor that kept this patient experience from being flawless.

Patient Portal
I've been using the Portal to talk to my doctors and nurses and it has been extremely efficient and helpful. No more voicemails trying to get a hold of nurses that are super busy. They are able to check the portal on the fly and respond very quickly.
Horrible
Nobody monitors the app or answers messages. When they do it’s someone from a different department that says they can’t help and gives you numbers or contacts you have already tried over and over. Multiple messages and voicemails … how is this possible that in 2026 nobody gets back to you after months. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Dr Scott, Nicole and their entire staff were exceptional today. I was called in before my scheduled time and Dr. Russell saw me w/i 10 min. Nicole, his nurse, was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Russell, as always, was not rushing, did a thorough review and exam and patiently answered all my questions. In summary, uplifting, reassuring and informative visit! Thank you!

If you want excellent quality of staff caring for you then this is the best place for you. All of my providers have been very helpful,caring and supportive and excellent bedside manner. It feels like close friends getting together with no judgment and lots of love and care.

Easy to use app
First Time
This is the first time I've had access to my patient portal and I love out! The simplicity of communicating with my doctor is amazing! I love that I can follow up here instead of having to take time off work for an in person appointment. I will never be without it now. 🙂
I love this app!
Throughout all my treatments over the last 3 years I’ve depended on this app to keep track of everything! It’s made non-emergency communication with doctors and nurses SO EASY! The only problem I’ve encountered was that sometimes my cardiologist office wouldn’t get my messages, but only sometimes.
