Unreliable
What happened? This new app is so not user-friendly! I am constantly getting logged out automatically, which is frustrating as I can’t receive the code that is required to log back in. The email is correct, it just simply is not received (yes, I check my spam folder) and there is no other way to receive it other than via email, no option via text. When I am logged in it buffers endlessly to get to navigate the app; tickets, daily points. And speaking of my daily points, I have also noticed that my points don’t always get added after clicking on the daily check-in. Where’s the helpline, there is none. This new app is horrible!

Points system no longer works
I’ve used the app for several years and I’ve always liked it. With the most recent big update, I mainly just use it for the free daily points, which now no longer works. I don’t log in every day but the last few times my points just bounce back and forth from 28,990 and 29,040. One day it will go up to 29,040 and the next it will go down to 28,990 and just does that. Also, there is no way to report software issues like this. I’ve tried in the app store and it just forwards to a website that only brings you back yo the app store. The other support page only processes refunds, which doesn’t work for this either because it’s not a purchase issue.

Ugh. This app serves no useful purpose
This app isn’t useful at all. To buy tickets, it sends you to the MLB website. There’s no quickly intuitive way to pull up the schedule, and it doesn’t list what the fun themes are for each game.
The app seems to exist only to get sponsors’ names in front of eyes, and to waste your time on surveys and polls that are really just to put you on their mailing lists.
The old app had a way to order food to be delivered to your seats, and had more useful info. This is pathetic.

This app used to be great. Used to be.
This used to be a dream. Now? Useless. Worse than that actually, because it pisses me off every time I try to use it. Try to retrieve your season tickets? You have to log in three times to get there. Log in at all, home page just has points, and nothing else. Oh, and those points don’t change because you CAN’T GET PAST A BLANK SCREEN. want to get to tech support? Just takes you to the blank page of the app. Report a problem? Blank home page. I’ve been going to saints games for many years, this is the third year a friend and I have had season tickets.
