Can’t get out of picture viewing mode
When viewing picture for item, it get stuck and can’t get out of it.

I have an iPad version 16….it does not accommodate all the upgrades to the app which is now at version 26+. Upgrades are a great concept, but not if in upgrading, you exclude previous versions. Been ages since I have been able to use your app to shop because I cannot get beyond the “upgrade” . Using my phone to shop is not satisfactory.

Terrible accuracy for inventory
Easily the least functional e-commerce app I’ve used. I found plenty of interesting items, but the inventory accuracy is terrible — products shown as available in search often turn out to be completely different or unavailable once you click through.
Bait and switch on promo codes
I was offered 10% by creating an account which I did. Then I was offered 10% off for enrolling in texts alerts. But when I went to buy a Balenciaga shirt none of the codes worked. I contacted customer service and was told all of these codes exclude designer items, so I guess it’s nearly a site wide exclusion. Saks wasted a lot of my time by not making these exclusions more clear before I spend the time required to enroll in everything. These tactics aren’t consistent with a high end retailer.

Extremely slow and buggy app
I love shopping at saks but this app is getting on my nerves. Every time I go to checkout the apple pay option gets stuck in an endless loop. Also the app takes forever to refresh and rarely updates items to be out of stock until you go to add to cart and find out then.
Trash app for a trash company
So glad this business is going underwater. From charging people to return unworn items, to refusing to accept coupons it emails you, I'm looking forward to watching this company sink into oblivion
App doesn’t work
Any item searched returns Page Not Found error. Been this way for weeks. SFA.com works fine but I prefer the app.

This app will give you a stroke unless you have other-worldly patience, or you are on a morphine drip.
Absolutely useless on an iPad, as after you select an item to purchase, the photo of your perspective purchase will fill the entire screen, and either you restart the app, or you intermittently flip through pictures of me, single piece of merchandise.
Don’t get me started on trying to find your points, or try this switch to the other app to pay your bill because that will bend the laws of physics, and take you back to around 1998, with your slow, unwieldy dial up modem, and the technology that corresponds with maddening unreliability.

Stop sending me push notifications to purchase items that are currently out of stock…
Frustrated
I’ve found, for some time now, that your app has difficulty with large searches utilizing multiple filters. It buffers and freezes up. I cannot count the number of times this has happened. Usually I don’t take the time to try again but rather just move on, often to a different site. I don’t seem to run into this same problem elsewhere.

App slow, clothes weird
And customer service is bad.
This company is a joke
They will deliver a broken item and refuse to replace it, your only option is return, order again, pay shipping fees again and hope it will be in a good condition (no guarantees)
