It should has trial period
Very dislike the way voice testing work, so slow and stupid, can after I realised this app is not good to use in the first 10 mins of using it, I can’t refund it. I was a long term user from other app, now just tried this one, it was very much overrated, and I feel it’s a ripoff. Don’t buy it unless it gives you a chance to try at least.

There is no free trial on the paywall, fix and add free trial on monthly.
a lot of AI slop
It’s very apparent that basically every part of this app is run by AI. It often gives you definitions that make zero sense, or will straight up change the definitions of a word. The voice recognition is infuriatingly bad as well. It sometimes takes 10 repetitions for it to hear what I’m saying, regardless of how clearly I’m enunciating.

From the app page it seems like it’s a free app with paid perks. The app is literally unusable unless you pay the EXORBITANT subscription fee. I do appreciate learning hiragana and katakana but outside of that, it’s useless.
Way over priced
You spend $17 to learn and it’s boring and kinda all over the place and on top of that you want to speak to the AI to learn but you need to spend another $17 a month if you want to do that which is crazy

You have to pay for everything plus it’s hard to scroll
I can easily go to the lessons tab with the vowels and stuff but why is it so hard to go to the free speak then for some reason I can’t do any speaking things without getting notified that I need to pay. Plus it’s so hard to scroll to the free chat cuz the scroll literally skips over it so I can’t even chat to the ai.

Very very limited lessons and it’s called Sakura SPEAK but the SPEAK part costs money just terrible
I tried to do the speaking lessons and learned ITS 18 DOLLARS!? Some lessons were free but those were bs 1 it had to much info 2 it didn’t let me speak 3 I couldn’t exit the quiz 4 it’s everything I already know 5 there’s no harder lessons 6 it looks like it was made by a 7 year old

This app wastes your time asking many questions, only to tell you that you need to pay to see the full features.

Every thing is good the app is teaching me new ways to speak and learn Japanese 🥳,but since today when I downloaded it it keeps kicking me out of the app :(
