Decent app
The app is generally easy to use and has a clear layout. However, there are a few frustrating issues. Firstly, the OTP (One-Time Password) sent by email takes too long to arrive. By the time it does, the app often restarts or logs out, forcing you to start the login process all over again.
Secondly, it repeatedly shows an “Optional Update” message, directing you to the App Store — but there’s no actual update available. This creates confusion and interrupts the user experience.
If these bugs are fixed, the app would be much smoother to use.

I attempted to use the app to register and open an account, as advertised. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. The registration process is poorly designed—after selecting the option to take or upload a portrait photo, the app becomes unresponsive. It displays an elliptical frame for taking the picture, but it doesn’t proceed beyond that point, effectively halting the entire registration process.
As a major bank in the region, it's disappointing to see such an underdeveloped app. Customers expect a reliable, smooth digital onboarding process—especially in today’s world. Competing apps like Dahabshiil and Premier Bank offer much more refined and user-friendly experiences.
This raises serious concerns about the overall quality of your digital services. Even if I managed to register, I worry the rest of the app may be just as unreliable.
Banking is a serious matter, and a solid, functional app is essential. I strongly urge you to invest in improving your app to meet modern standards and properly serve your customers.
