The app is very bad and slow to respond especially when you want to log in or sign up for an account with Salad and Go. It sucks.
No easy menu
Why is it so hard just to view the menu without having to start an order first? You just changed your menu, I don’t know what I want yet. Plus I’m at the window. I’m in a 10’ 4” tall box truck in case your first thought is just go through the drive. In fact, I’m not alone here. People don’t always drive regular vehicles. Theirs people with tall trucks or are pulling a trailer. You’re alienating all those people.

Coupon does not work
I go to the seventh Street and Bethany Home location. I went there two times where the coupon for the weekend SIXFIX did not work. The staff just threw their hands up in the air and said there’s no button we can push. There’s nothing we can do. They’re definitely seems to be a disconnect. This should be able to be fixed. If the coupon doesn’t work, there should be something that they can do. It seems to be a bait and switch.

Says my access is denied when all my setting are set for United States and no VPN.

No delivery
When using the app, there is an option to have your food delivered. I used that, and after I paid it told me to go pick the food up. The person at the store says the app does not allow for delivery. BUT THAT IS AN OPTION ON THE APP! If you don’t allow for delivery, then remove that as an option on the app!!!!! Bait and switch! If I wanted to pick it up I would have chosen that option. Instead, it let me get all the way through the order, including paying, before it told to me to go pick it up myself.

Supposed to work on iPad but doesn’t!
I can never seem to order with my iPad without encountering a problem. Sometimes it will say “Something went wrong. Try again later.” and sometimes it will just crash.
Order Ahead AFTER drive thru?
Order readiness target of 7:09 pm. Actual time ready 7:19 pm. That happens, but what was surprising is the cars in the drive thru (ones that got in line when I arrived and after) were all gone before 7:19 when my food was available. Shouldn’t loyal prepaid Order Ahead orders at least come out on time?

Still doesn’t work in the US
6 months later and I see the app still doesn’t work AT ALL. I live across the street from a salad and go, but the only thing this app has ever done is give me a big white screen saying the app is restricted to North America. Of course the promo codes you email only work for online orders, with an app that’s never worked. How convenient.

SOUTHSHORE PEOPLE ARE SO NICE!
I often stop by Salad and Go in Southshore for my lunch break and let me tell you: I’m never disappointed! The customer service is incredible and always kind! John is an amazing host and always has a great attitude!! Not to mention their food is delicious, healthy, and cheap!! The quantity you get for your price is outmatched!! If you haven’t tried their traditional breakfast bowl, I highly recommend trying it!!

Broadway location in Tempe
I’m trying my best not to go here every day and maybe make my own salads, it’s just so great in every way, only found out it about it getting random cold call job offers from one on the other side of the city and wanted to try it. Its just a place that gets why people would want to go there- it’s hard to keep up fresh ingredients to make them yourself, I love salad, why wouldn’t I pay $2 more than a dole salad kit from the grocery store for one with all fresh ingredients and rotisserie chicken on it? I love Greek salads, loved my Italian grandmas antipasto growing up, thought I always disliked Kalamata olives but apparently I really like them when they haven’t sat in brine for years. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, $8 for something that fills me up more than other fast food joints, tastes better, and I feel great waking up the next day? This sounds like an ad but this place is a that kind of business model people say “I can’t believe nobody thought of that” but they did, it’s just done the right way in this instance
