I Love Sales Rabbir
Sales Rabbit is the easiest platform to track doors when doing door to door sales. It’s super easy to use with fast response times, I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate the simplicity of Sales Rabbit.

I strongly believe that they should move towards adding doors knocked trackers as well as a little bit of additional customization as well as a satellite map.

DO NOT USE
These guys WILL NOT let you unsubscribe. They WILL continue to charge your card. I have spent hours trying to cancel and many emails, and calls and they WILL NOT stop charging my card. These guys are the WORST software company in the industry I have ever worked with and I have worked with them all. DO NOT USE or grow your business here if you value communication and honesty. Do not use if you value the growth of your business, THESE GUYS WILL STEAL from you! There are plenty of other options.

Disappointed
I spent so much time today adding leads and mapping routes and when I went on this afternoon to add more, the rest were gone. It still shows a count as if they’re still there but it won’t pull anything up.

Absolutely Horrible
My company has used multiple apps for tracking over the years and I would literally pay the company out of my own pocket to move away from Sales Rabbit and go with any given other platform. I’d rather track with pen and paper if I’m being really honest. It would definitely be more accurate and efficient.

Outrageous
Sales rabbit is outrageous, they put you on a contract that you can’t cancel. I got basically charged even though I wanted to cancel.
Fix this PLSS
It has to be the most annoying thing about this app. WHY DOES THE TIME FRAME IN FILTER RESETS ANY TINE I CHECK STORM DATA? Everything else saves BUT THE TIME FRAME THAT I SET IT TO DOESNT. Like if I set the filter to show me data from jan2024 to nov 2026 for example it works until I check the storm data and if I don’t like what I see I want to check the other date but then they DISAPPEAR AND FILTER TIME FRAME RESETS EVERY TIME I TRY TO LOOK INTO A DIFFERENT STORM DATE!

Please fix the forms with the IOS 26 update it broke them you can’t even type in them and they are all clumped together…
Buyer Beware
After speaking with a sales rep and letting them know that I specifically only needed this to import leads and create an optimized route they sold it to me however, you cannot import a lead list for an optimized route. You can only add your leads one by one from their system. When I requested a refund, they refused and when I canceled my subscription, I lost access to the app even though I paid for a full month. Do not use this app. There are better options. There is better customer support. I was absolutely robbed and I feel as this was completely unethical.

Fantastic for setting up your scheduled, knocking and organizing your day.
Things that should seriously be considered
There should be an ability to show multiple storm dates at one(both hail & wind). To improve upon this, there should be a check box next to each storm date so when a user has a clear overview the region they’re going to canvas that they can narrow down the view for the homeowner/ property owner.
This app has solid potential but this feature alone will leave it lacking where competitors are already providing.

app never works , always is super buggy and choppy , half the pins just disappear a lot. Sadly we can’t work without it until somebody else makes a better version.
Sales Guys
These guys will sell you really really hard dont let them get into a meeting with your sales guys they convince them they need it then convince them to try to get you to spend an arm and a leg for it these guys dont stick around they really reallynoush these guys to try to make you get it plus the data doesn't stick around for more than a year
