Great user interface. Really good feedback from clients. Feels like an old school appointment book. I love the visual cleanliness. I found it essential as a chair renter.

Simplified my workflow
salonmonster simplified my workflow by emailing/texting reminders to clients. private notes for colour formulations for each client & product sales tracking.

I’ve been using Salon Monster since 2017 and have no complaints. Users are able to keep a comprehensive appointment book and much more.
User beware
Not user friendly. So many frustrating glitches. I was hoping that this new version would be an improvement on the last version, but unfortunately it’s not. I wish they would test the product first and sort out the issues so that customers don’t have to do the testing work for them.
This app is not available in Canada
Disappointed, if I wanted the software I would like to be able to download the app and work from it.
Love it
I love my salonMonster. It has totally changed how I do my daily business. I am much better organized, my client files are way more organized as well as the reminder alerts have decreased the amount of phone calls I get asking when a clients next appointment is. My most favorite feature on the salonMonster software is the fact that I have become almost entirely paperless with regards to client files, color formulas and contact info. I also absolutely love the “reminder email/text” feature, it is amazing!
