No where to manage loyalty points
The website & app description both claim that you can manage loyalty points from the app but that is not true.

It might be a super simple/basic app....but I love the ease of just opening it quickly, rebooking an appointment and being able to quickly reference current and past appointments. That’s all I need it to do, and I am very satisfied with it.
