Awful, laidback support team!
I’ve been trying to place an order since the last 2 weeks and these guys just don’t respond or they do so at sparingly and then totally forget about the issue !! They keep saying they will get back to me, but they literally never do! And now finally after waiting for about 2 weeks, they sent me a msg on Instagram saying they are closing my query because it was resolved! What? No, it wasn’t resolved! I’ve never come across a business so laidback that they don’t want a customer to place an order even!

I am very disappointed with the return request process. It was inconvenient and not handled efficiently.

No response from salty team i order necklace but they delivered another one and not giving any response of mail and no one can talk on customer care also
