Pathetic Platform!
Absolutely the worst delivery experience I have ever had.
I placed my order on 22 July, and as of 1 August, it still hasn’t been delivered. Instead of delivering the package, the expected delivery date kept getting delayed day after day. This is completely unacceptable.
The delivery service is pathetic, and the customer support is absolutely useless. Every interaction resulted in the same scripted responses with no accountability, no clear updates, and no effort to resolve the issue. It feels like customer satisfaction means nothing to this company.
Waiting over a week past the expected timeline with no proper communication is beyond frustrating. If you cannot fulfill orders on time, don’t make promises you can’t keep.
Congratulations—you’ve lost a customer. I will never order from you again and will not recommend your service to anyone. If you’re looking for a reliable shopping and delivery experience, look elsewhere.

Awful, laidback support team!
I’ve been trying to place an order since the last 2 weeks and these guys just don’t respond or they do so at sparingly and then totally forget about the issue !! They keep saying they will get back to me, but they literally never do! And now finally after waiting for about 2 weeks, they sent me a msg on Instagram saying they are closing my query because it was resolved! What? No, it wasn’t resolved! I’ve never come across a business so laidback that they don’t want a customer to place an order even!

"I'm very disappointed with this purchase. The product is advertised as a 32-piece 'luxury' jewelry set, but I only received 28 pieces. The quality is shockingly bad and feels incredibly cheap, not at all what you'd expect for the price of $150. I'd estimate the true value of what I received to be around $50 at most. The missing items and poor quality make this a complete waste of money. I do not recommend buying this."

It’s a Fraud Platform
I ordered some jewellery hampers from here and they sent very cheap quality products. It was meant to gift someone, but seeing the cheap quality I returned it. I attached all the photos and videos of the product. All the damaged products were covered in it. When I returned them, the delivery boy took all the photos before the return. Everything was returned as it was received, but at the time of refund they said there were some missing products and deducted the cost from the refund amount. This is how they are earning, sending cheap products and playing the game at the time of refund.

Worst app i have ever seen. Poor service provider. wrong size product delivered. They told that there return/refund policy but after they delivered the product they didn’t even reply any of messages. Shame on salty developers. Literally worst app i have ever seen.
