Unacceptably bad
No matter how many times I created a new password to log in, the app won’t let me in. It just won’t. This has to be worst possible app an American developer could come up with. A better idea would be to disband the app and just keep the calling as only option to reach out for health-related. What a shame! I’d delete the app now and will never ever use it.

Good to bad
I’ve used this app in the past and had luck. Now it just lets me fill out depression forms and doesn’t give me the ability to set up an appointment
Read the fine print
They have terms in their contract that you are going to have all your browsing history- photos and personal videos collected by them for their use and they have third parties that collect all of your online information to create targeted ads for you to change your behavior. They don’t have any control whatsoever over what the third party is collecting about you or any protections on how they are allowed to use it. This is a huge privacy violation and I’m betting 99% of users aren’t even bothering to read the terms and agreements. Anyone with any good sense would know how dangerous this is if only they read what information these people are collecting about them. Your signing up for constant monitoring and advertising to track and change your behavior. I implore all of you to go back and read the fine print.

Disappointed
I’ve used this many times and it was very helpful. However, now I am trying to use it and the app just doesn’t work. It’s a blank screen that says “How may I help you” but doesn’t give any options to request help or a virtual visit.
Unable to register
Can’t even register myself. Took forever to realize initially that my HR team put my nickname instead of legal name. After realizing that I was able to proceed but then the app does not allow me to continue registration without putting my “Home City” in (whatever that means). It does not provide any options even when I put in whatever character or city. Don’t recommend this app.

Doesn’t work
I’ve been trying all week to register. Every time I get the error message “try again”. I emailed customer support but didn’t hear back.
Not so good
Made an appointment for an online consultation and was told my wait time was less then 1 hour. It’s now 3 hours later and I’m still waiting. Now it’s too late to make an appointment with my regular doctor
Only for employee or sponsor
This app was recommended by a friend. No where in the app store or in the pathetic excuse for a website does it say its only available if from an employee or a sponsor. Im self employed. Waste of time.
Amazing
So easy to use and so helpful. Whether in an emergency situation or just getting routine care, me and my family get such genuinely caring medical professionals to help us!
Very good experiences
So far I've been very happy with my experiences using the app. I've never had to wait a long time, everyone is very kind and professional, and they're incredibly helpful. I am so relieved to have something like this.
Please fix
Since the update a week ago it tells me that I am invalid. I spoke to three representatives on the phone and they said that I’m active and they turned it into their IT department and I’m still waiting on an answer seven hours later. It worked before the update so I’m giving it a one star until it is fixed.
