At least provide the driver number for the pre booked trips so as to make sure that the trip is applicable

Driver can’t see Location

I don’t know if it’s untrained drivers or a bad application on the drivers’ end. I called the driver after seeing them being stationery for 2 minutes and they asked for the location on WhatsApp. If I waited for the estimated arrival time, I would have wasted my time. I only give them 2 star because they have drivers available who are bound to provide service, even in remote areas; unlike Uber and Careem where they can cancel if they don’t think the money is good. Thank God for having two cars!
