At least provide the driver number for the pre booked trips so as to make sure that the trip is applicable
Driver can’t see Location
I don’t know if it’s untrained drivers or a bad application on the drivers’ end. I called the driver after seeing them being stationery for 2 minutes and they asked for the location on WhatsApp. If I waited for the estimated arrival time, I would have wasted my time. I only give them 2 star because they have drivers available who are bound to provide service, even in remote areas; unlike Uber and Careem where they can cancel if they don’t think the money is good. Thank God for having two cars!

Even if you do a pre-booked trip using app 3 days in advance and after received trip number via email.
It’s quite normal at time of trip no driver show up then when you call the office, he will say sir no availability it’s an app booking “not confirmed ” &“automated” .

The Worst
A taxi service app, where you never find a taxi.
I can’t believe the whole area is covered by a couple of cars, and the customer support tells you that they are fully booked and you can’t make a trip for the whole day.
The first and last try for this service.

Tried to book no availability. How many cars do you have? 2? I don’t know why Aramco is working with them. Uber is better than them

My pre booked reservation cancels at the last minute on multiple occasions. Customer service phone number is off for whatever reason! Apparently the company has a not so great management!
Takes one hour to speak to an agent
Super sad that company like Samara will keep you on the phone for over one hour to speak to an agent
