The app is ok
It works for the most part. It says you are able to download appointments and test results to your apple wallet. It used to work until iOS 16. Now it doesn’t do that. Hopefully in the future they will fix that since I test a LOT for the work and the apple wallet used to help me organize my test results and appointments.
Also maybe one day they can make an Apple Watch app. That would be cool. But definitely fix the apple wallet part first

App works for the most part
I did have to uninstall and reinstall it. At first, I had gone through entering all of my information for an appointment, then couldn't submit it. The keyboard was possibly covering the submit button and couldn't be removed. I uninstalled/reinstalled and it worked fine.
Note that if you walk in to some locations(walk-in ONLY), they have happy hour specials during certain times with reduced prices for the wellness shots. The one they told me about was get a covid test, get a wellness shot for $20. They appear to be somewhat lenient with it as well.

Great app
Really user friendly and also sameday has been a good experience anytime I’ve gone. I went to the Alexandria location for tests and vaccines as well as sterling drive thru for tests. Easy and friendly every time
Very convenient
I schedule my appt for weekly testing after my classes are over. It’s so easy for me to walk in this Alexandria location and I’m greeted so friendly every time and I always get my results back super fast. Usually within the same day of testing.

The website insurance card upload did not work
Booked an appoint for 6:25pm, arrived at 6:30 and the denied me a test.
The workers at Brea,CA lie and say you need to be here 15 minutes before but no mention of this in the app. I booked my appointment 50 minutes before and left immediately. With the travel time it wasn’t possible to get there 15 minutes early. If you have appointments at the end of your shift, At least wait 5 minutes for them to arrive.

Availability of appointments, easy drive-through, quick results!
Have used a dozen times for travel related testing and they are likely the best medical services experience I have ever had!
Locking up
I am not sure what happened but this app repeatedly locked up when I was supposed to add the insurance card info. The buttons to upload were not responsive and the continue button kept showing the wheel then stayed on same page. I closed and reentered the app four times. Then went and downloaded the app to a different phone.
If I have this issue again I’ll go to another testing location. Very frustrating and waist of time.

The most efficient way to test!
Due to international travel, I have used Sameday Health multiple times. My location is drive up, and the process has never taken more than 15 minutes. Results come quickly on my phone. I recommend this service to everyone.
On bit of advice is to fully register when you book your appointment. Download the pix of your insurance card, etc. beforehand; that way you don’t have any administrative issues at the test site.

The worst app I’ve came across
First of all, it’s sleezy on how they make you download the app to see you’re results and can’t just get a simple email- does not sit well with me. But on top of that, THE APP DOES BOT EVEN WORK! It literally does not open and stays loading indefinitely when I input my login info. Horrible horrible app. Last time I take a test with this company

Excellent Care!
Every one at Same Day Health in White Plains, NY were courteous and professional. They made me feel comfortable. They were also very patient and warm and friendly. The location is bright and airy.
Efficient
Same Day Health has always been my go to for covid testing since this pandemic started. Always so organized, easy to schedule appointments and never a long wait. We get our results so quickly. Such a game changer!

I previously gave this app the worst review I’ve ever submitted for a piece of software (and it deserved it!). Almost all of my complaints did get addressed in updates over the following months (still missing, as far as I can tell, is multi-factor authentication), so I am updating my review to match! The app is now pretty easy to use and almost never makes me swear at it any more—kudos to the team who worked on it over the past year!

Came in today and was having problems with the app and the young lady Emely in the front went above and beyond to help me. Not to mention the place is neat and beautiful and their service excellent.

The numerous texts and emails after booking an appointment refer you to download the app for “real time updates on results” nothing extra from just logging in from webpage. App is useful but nothing extra special
