SAMPL.App

The SAMPL App is a digital tool that stores and manages information about research samples and connects directly to the SAMPL Shelf. Users can add new samples, assign them unique IDs, choose storage compartments, and upload details such as material type, processor, analyst, and images. The app allows quick searching and filtering, shows which compartments are occupied, and helps locate samples by highlighting their position on a grid. When a sample is selected, the app also sends the compartment number to the shelf’s LCD screen, making retrieval fast and error-free.
