Wish I had known how nonexistent the app and customer support is for Road Angel before I had bought two for my family. The app crashes anytime you want to use it so is effectively pointless. Buy another model, I will next time
The DEVs on this need a P45
Appalling interface in this app compared to the version supporting Halo Go cameras. Crashes when you try to view stored footage, very slow and clunky.
So Easy My Child Can Use It!
Seriously the best dashcam and app I’ve ever used, I’ve had them all over the years. Nexbase never connected and thinkware is far too complicated, blackvue was a total waste of time! Road Angel Wins Hands Down!
Needs work
App functions but is clunky ui isn’t as slick as it should be when connecting the dash cam and trying to retrieve footage, live view doesn’t always load, doesn’t always connect to dash cams WiFi, sometimes even when you are connected to dash cams WiFi in your phone settings the app is still responding like your not. It functions that’s about it, needs work to make connecting your phone and retrieving data/adjusting settings easier and more fluid, I don’t wanna keep having to disconnect and reconnect to the dash cam WiFi until the app finally wakes up and responds… some more updates needed to get this app abit more efficient
