Useless, laggy and often stops working
Sick and tired of this rubbish app and dashcam. Total waste of money. Cheap Chinese cameras online have better software. It took me around 4 rounds of complaints and calls to get it all working and I went away for a month and came back to it not working again!
Rubbish
The app is rubbish. It lets the road angel brand down. 9 of out 10 times I can’t connect. Most the functions in the app don’t work. You connect to the camera but WiFi drops all the time, so you’re going to ask and forth with WiFi and the app.
100% a let down. Sort it out road angel. It doesn’t take a lot to make a good app.

Keeps in connecting from its WiFi
Won’t stay connected when at home as my phone just reconnects to home WiFi so it never stays connected to the Halo DashCam so it’s pointless. Had to drive up the street so I could connect to Halo and set it up as when on my drive the halo DashCam just keeps disconnecting from my phone has the phone reconnects to home WiFi.
So annoying.

So bad
Wish I had known how nonexistent the app and customer support is for Road Angel before I had bought two for my family. The app crashes anytime you want to use it so is effectively pointless. Buy another model, I will next time
