I am a plus member with Sam’s Club. I also have a membership at BJ’s wholesale and I’ve also compared shopped at Costco Wholesale here in Pensacola and compare prices between all three big stores on items and hands-down. Sam’s is by far the cheapest the staff is friendly. They help you but what keeps me coming back to Sam’s every single time are the prices and the Quality I mean you can’t beat that and Sam’s is knocking it out of the park.

Horrible Update
Recent update now requires that I delete and reinstall app! Purchase history now goes back 24 months. Please fix this issue!

Awesome price on Caribou whole bean coffee! If you drink a lot of coffee, the savings from ordering from Sam’s Club pays for the annual dues. Arrives fast too.

Touchy payment issues
I love SAMS but the app is so finicky with my payment methods. It always takes 2 or 3 times for the app to figure itself out before it takes my payment. Super annoying.
Unhappy
I have had nothing but trouble with the new update. It consistently is going down or not opening. I do a lot of online shopping and pickup. When I get to the store the app does not open or it freezes up and I have to go to the door to let them know I’m there. I am deleting the app and reinstalling constantly. I am very unhappy with this app.

Our Office Favorite
Sam’s Club is my go-to for office and break room supplies. The selection and prices are great and fit most of our needs. I especially appreciate the fast delivery and curbside pick-up options.

Trying to get same day delivery it says I can but won’t let me! I don’t drive, I am disabled and getting ready to have surgery. I wanted items for dinners but oh no even though it says I can get delivery everything has to be mailed I wasn’t able to get half of what I wanted! Thank you Sam’s
New app is awful
Since the new app was as released I am no longer able to use it at the Sam’s Club gas station. No matter how many times I restart my iPhone, delete and reinstall the Sam’s Club app…..same awful experience. Please fix this!
