Cake ordering
Only ordering a cake online is ridiculous. My wife drove to Sam’s to order 2 cakes only to be told you can only order online. The app is not user friendly and hard to navigate. Seems like Sam’s doesn’t want to sell cakes which are quite good.

Bad Delivery Error
App wouldn’t allow delivery and gave error that order exceeded 350 pound weight limit. Actual weight of the order added up to less than 150 pounds. Even after app was updated, error still received.
Way to use
Very easy to navigate and pay out! The scan and go is a life saver for people who have social anxiety like myself.
Substitute items
I would be nice if you would give suggestion on substituting items that are not in stock. Put you have other options that are the same.
No longer scans
I’ve been using this app since COVID, was the best app in the store for shopping experience. The last 3 times at the gas station it takes the QR code and spins. Links in the app go nowhere, get marketing off the app focus on fundamental functionality

Adding and removing default payment cards is difficult
Adding and removing my card for payment is difficult it tells me that my car is not valid but it won’t let me remove the card as the default payment

Payment option
I had no option to add EBT as my payment option all the while it's a noice at the top of the screen to use EBT for pick up or delivery orders.
They cancel my orders all the time
I tried to buy an item 14 times and they been cancelled the order in al the 14 times without telling me why they’re doing that and I called the customer service and they hong the phone without telling me..

Missing items in cart
Why do items in my cart keep disappearing? Is this a bug with the app? I added an item, confirmed it was there and 2 minutes later my cart is empty. It is aggravating.
