Curbside pick up
I just love the curbside pick up the people there are really nice.
Cannot log in
Had to reset my password and after I did the app will not let me login. It also doesn’t delete all data when it is deleted as it still remembers my name when it is downloaded again. Please fix this issue ASAP
Login button doesn’t function
Can’t login, even after reinstalling app.
Stopped Working
App just randomly stopped working in-store while trying to check out. Uninstalled app, reinstalled app, hard reset iPhone…nothing hasn’t worked.

I love the ease and flexibility of ordering online and having my favorite, highly needed, products delivered to my house! Thank you Sam’s Club!

Not working
Not letting me login
App is crashing!
Even after installing, reinstalling, checking for my phones latest updates, this app glitches out and is un usable. Ever since the last drop for Pokemon cards the app has been glitching ever since. Works for the day the next day have to repeat. I tried to get customer service help and it’s just an AI robot and can’t seem to get through to anyone about this problem. Going back to Costco is the much safer and better bet!

Fix the login bug
When I click the login link, nothing happens. Uninstall and reinstall doesn’t fix the issue. Scan n go is the best feature and the app was great but can’t use it anymore.
Can’t live without!
The Sam’s Plus membership is something I can’t live without. The free delivery to home, the scan and go, the free curbside pickup, it’s all so convenient. It just makes life easier in so many ways.
Frustrated User
This used to be the best feature of coming to Sam’s Club. I have had nothing but issues with the app for the past 6 months. I have literally stayed out of Sam’s because the app will not let me log in. I can’t even get passed the local store feature. This is horrible. The attendant at the fuel stationed said she’s wasting so much time apologizing to customers that are just as fed up with the app. I had to figure out where my physical card is just to come in here to do a return. I’m seriously thinking about canceling my 20 year membership.

New update
In the past month, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app over 20 times because it wouldn’t load. It’s frustrating when you pull up to the gas station and the app doesn’t load. And I have to repeat the process every time I go to Sam’s Club and the gas station.
