Can’t connect

I had my Galaxy Budd FE for over a year and I’ve never been able to connect the device with the app. At this point is just a waste of time and I stick to Bluetooth connection for them.

Save yourself the time

My buds won’t link to my iPhone regardless of what I do. They connected just fine to an android but they will not pair for apple. Please consider before getting if you’ve got an iPhone.

Could not find my buds at all

Active noise cancellation is lousy . This app can’t find or merge with Galaxy buds . I give up

This app SUCKSSSS. I recently got an iphone again and it wont detect my galaxy buds 2 pro. There are no options other than 2 on the home screen. The help page doesn't offer anything helpful. I have no way of changing the settings on my headphones. This app is a joke.
