Could not find my buds at all
Active noise cancellation is lousy . This app can’t find or merge with Galaxy buds . I give up

This app SUCKSSSS. I recently got an iphone again and it wont detect my galaxy buds 2 pro. There are no options other than 2 on the home screen. The help page doesn't offer anything helpful. I have no way of changing the settings on my headphones. This app is a joke.

Would be fine if they didn't regularly prune older bud models for no reason. Can't even connect to my buds anymore.

Bought a pair of Galaxy earbuds and there is absolutely no support available on the iPhone. It's a complete schmuzzle. This is the worst app and the fact that there are absolutely no compatible apps that you can use with this is ridiculous. I paid for these Galaxy Buds Pro and had so many issues:
- connecting to Windows devices
- disconnecting randomly
- having to search and find different driver packs
There's absolutely no support with an iPhone. You need to have a Samsung device. What a load of rubbish, zero stars

Doesn't detect galaxy buds
I bought the newest galaxy buds available and couldn't get it to connect no matter what I did. Connected to the bluetooth option on my phone with no issue and I even disconnected and reconnected to see if it was an issue on my end. App needs work

I just got a pair of galaxy buds and now I can’t even connect them to my phone because there is no “galaxy wearable” app anymore and this app doesn’t have the older galaxy buds as an option on it???? i’m super bummed

Not connecting with new samsung galaxy buds core
Well, i purchased the galaxy buds core and i try to connect with buds app on my iphone 17 but its not even detecting the buds i don’t now why , i just wanna know if it is compatible or not ?

Won’t even recognize the device. At least my phone pairs with them via Bluetooth. That’s about it, though. Oh well.

It works!
I had to connect again after it connected. Once you connect it through the app, you have to go back to bluetooth and then connect though other. It will show again that there is another live option to connect to. Then you will hear the beep sound to confirm that its connected. So their are two separate Bluetooth’s to connect to.
