I just got a pair of galaxy buds and now I can’t even connect them to my phone because there is no “galaxy wearable” app anymore and this app doesn’t have the older galaxy buds as an option on it???? i’m super bummed

Not connecting with new samsung galaxy buds core
Well, i purchased the galaxy buds core and i try to connect with buds app on my iphone 17 but its not even detecting the buds i don’t now why , i just wanna know if it is compatible or not ?

Won’t even recognize the device. At least my phone pairs with them via Bluetooth. That’s about it, though. Oh well.

It works!
I had to connect again after it connected. Once you connect it through the app, you have to go back to bluetooth and then connect though other. It will show again that there is another live option to connect to. Then you will hear the beep sound to confirm that its connected. So their are two separate Bluetooth’s to connect to.

This app is so bad. Doesn’t even have support for any of their earbuds except for one pair that came out like 6 years ago. Very strange
Limited Support
Only supports old models of buds. If you have a newer model then it’s basic connection only or throw them out and buy something Apple or third party. This bs between Apple and Samsung is really annoying.
The app does not work!
I cannot connect my buds to the app no matter how hard I tried! FAQ and chat is a joke. They said there is something wrong with the buds and I need to send them for repair. They work perfectly fine and pair to my phone. I wish I could have access to the settings. My partner has no problems with the android version. I ordered a second pair of buds because of this issue. It’s the app. PLEASE FIX.

They Suck
These things suck if you want to modify them on the app. For whatever reason I cannot get the earbuds to pair to the Samsung app on my iPhone so I can’t control the nose cancellation. I brought them at the airport so I don’t know how to return these. But it’s been a headache since purchasing them.

So I am on a iPhone 17 and I have the galaxy buds 2 and there isn’t a option to pair to them and I find it frustrating and would like to know if the buds are the problem?

How am I supposed to enable/disable touch controls when I can’t even connect my headphones to the app. The only options to connect are “galaxy buds live” and “galaxy buds+”. Your app doesn’t even recognize a product that YOU made. Why make a product just to make it obsolete in 4 years and ALSO give it controls that are only accessible in app, just to bar me from being able to access said app because of the generation of product I have. What a joke of an app. Literally a waste of time. Nice work Samsung. 2026 and we can’t get headphones to pair with an app. Awesome job guys. Love it. Keep it up. Actually keep your garbage headphones too. That’s exactly where these are going

When I open it, it only goes to a pairing page and that is the entire app. Nothing else not sure what the problem is.
