Weather radar does not work sometimes
The weather reader sometimes doesn’t work and kicks me off the news app and I tried again and it doesn’t work and kicks me out again.
Still horrible
I’m a loyal kens5 tv watcher but this new app version y’all put out is horrible. Hard to navigate. Hard to find the story you’re looking for. Then if you receive a notifications from Kens5 and click on that notification…that story in the notification doesn’t come up. What’s the use. Then to find that story the notification was about, forget about it. Ksat12 has too many adds but at least you can get to the story you want.

Radar
I’ve been using your site for awhile now. And I follow the weather regularly. But a couple of the sites are not working. They really need to be fixed. Thank you for being there. This new app doesn’t let me see the local radar like the other one did. It’s a little harder to use.

New App format no bueno
This new look the Kens5 app is horrible. Just the look of it throws me off. Previous versions was easier to navigate.
Updated app is a major step back
The recent app update has been such a huge step back from the previous version that I’m on the verge of deleting it completely. It looks like it was designed to make people wonder if this is a legit news app or some bogus fake news app. Did AI design this? It truly looks like it. The bright white background is terrible and there’s no option for a dark mode for users that need that. Navigation is a joke. Are you interested in sports? Try finding it on this terrible app. I have to scroll and scroll and scroll..and scroll.. two days later I’m still scrolling past days old stories with no sports section in sight. There isn’t a menu or anything to jump to specific sections aside from video and weather. According to this app, everything and the kitchen sink is in the “top stories” aka main news section. Good luck finding relevant and up to date news. I’m sad to see my favorite news station represented like this. I recommend viewing KENS from your phone’s browser, so you can at least navigate better to sections… like sports…and everything isn’t bright white.
